We would like to thank Tim Rainey for his excellent professionalism in meeting with us today. He called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time. He was polite and well groomed. As he spoke to us, we (my wife and I), both felt that we understood what was had happened to our garage door and what needed to be done to repair the garage door. He followed through with the paperwork we needed for the insurance company. We appreciate him so very much. Thank you, we are so glad that you were here today. Hi. Had 2 new remotes put in,new rollers on 1 garage and 3 new rubbers on each garage bottom. Excellent service performed by Scott. Very personable and accommodating. Rubbers were coming off so I called and he came back today to refix them. 5 stars for everyone. Setting up appointments to meet my needs was excellent also. You guys are great. A little high in price but good service.

This is the second time I have used Precision for my garage, they installed my doors years ago and I am still happy with them. I needed a new motor and was provided prompt service....like the very next day. Gaetano, the service person arrived at the scheduled time.....he explained my options and performed the installation with no problems. He took the time to explain all the new bells and whistles before he left. A very professional job.

My neighbor referred Precision to me. She was very satisfied with their work, plus I was able to obtain an AAA coupon deal which helped me saved on the cost. Tim Rainey, the technician, explained how a garage door opener should work and then went through each point on how my garage door was either working properly or inproperly and what I needed to fix the problems. Tim was knowledgeable and efficient. Now my garage door opens smoothly and quietly, and I don't have to worry about any harm to my car or me from a broken cable.

This is my second time using precision. I called back this company today due to the quality of service and honesty of the first repair service tech. He was not available today and Brandon came. Well, I would use this comany again and referr family & friends due to the great quality of service I received today. Brandon was profession, friendly, worked neat and clean. He explained everything that needed to be done before the the job. He left no question unanswered and no surprises.
