Dear Mr. Gray, Thank you for taking the time to review our company. I am glad we were able to respond to your garage door needs promptly and professionally. I find your advice to check Angies list very interesting. If you spend the money on Angie's list I think doing your research is a great idea. While searching for garage door contractors you would come across Precision Door and see we have won the SuperService award on Angie's list for the last three years. There is no other garage door company that has that kind of track record. The cheapest way to get anything in a home fixed is to do it yourself. If you decide to call a lower cost garage door contractor make sure they are licensed to work in the state of NJ and are a fully insured company with workers comp, liability insurance, automobile insurance as well as an umbrella policy. You may not realize, if a technician is injured in your home your home owners policy does not cover this. Just wanted to comment on the speedy service I have received from your company. The remote control stopped operating even though I tried everything including reprogramming it myself.
