Our garage door opener was not working and we had used Precision before so we called again. Kevin came out and took a look at the garage door opener. It was an old door opener so it was to our benefit to replace it than to keep repairing it. So Kevin install the new one and it works perfectly. There where a few unforeseen problems in the beginning but Kevin took the time and effort to make everything work. I love my new garage door opener. The unit is very smooth and quite, the safety sensor is great, the automated light switch is awesome and the unit tells even me the time and temperature!!!

Service was great - scheduled promptly, Kevin called with ETA, did a quick fix, and then explained why an upgrade/rebuild made sense, so we went ahead. Not cheap, but well worth it for our primary entry portal. He did a fine job of servicing and up-selling.
