I found Bob Z to be exceptionally qualified to understand and explain the problems for the repair of the (2)garage doors. He installed springs and rollers that were necessary for the doors to work effortlessly. He was very informative.

I now have the MOST gorgeous garage doors!! Kenny from Precision arrived, completely took down everything -- doors, tracks, motors, keypads, etc. which were a mess and replaced with gorgeous steel white carriage doors, quite motor, wall keypads with time and temperature on them (as well as where a message would go in case of malfunction about what is wrong); I have motion sensors which light up the garage every time, and a back up battery so in case of power failure, the doors still will work. I let my husband come home and be surprised, and he was so excited! Thank you Precision! Reasonable prices, excellent workmanship!

I was very impressed with my service call today with Pete. My door was structurally broken on the top panel and he provided the service to fix it instead of trying to sell me a new door which is what I was afraid of. He offered to replace the one panel but gave me also the lower cost option to repair the existing panel. He notified me that my rollers should be replaced, showed me exactly why, and again gave me the option to do a total rebuild or replace just the rollers. After repairs, my door was operating safely, smoothly and with NO NOISE. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything fully.
