I highly recommend Precision. I recently moved and wanted to get my garage doors repaired and purchase a new remote so I called and scheduled an appointment easily. Doug came right on time and realigned the sensors and gave me two new remotes which he programmed-all was great. Unfortunately one of the two doors stopped functioning properly so I called for him to return and he realized that the door itself was knocking the sensor when it went up and down...so he reattached the sensor to the wall and all was good as new. No charge for the return and I like that they stood behind their work 100%.

The technician was knowledgeable,professional,and courteous. He explained the problem, cost and service that would be performed thoroughly before beginning work. He repaired the door expertly and it works more smoothly and quietly than before. This is our second time using Precision and we were again very happy with their service.

Our garage door opener stopped working and Precision was able to send a technician over the next day. We ended up having to replace the entire lift system, which was a lot more than we were hoping to spend, but Gaetano did a good job and in about an hour we had a new lift system, keypad and remote controls

Bob Z showed up on time and prepared. He assessed the repairs needed and offered up a few different options before we agreed upon a course of action. He estimated about an hour for his work and was true to his word, walking me through the final job and explaining the warranty. I highly recommend their service, and Bob Z in particular.

We had Precision install a new opener a month ago but, the tech didn't do the necessary spring and roller work necessary so we still were having some trouble with it. To Precision's credit a different tech, Brandon arrived today to trouble shoot. Brandon waived the appointment fee, as is fair, but found the trouble spots the original installer missed. He was pleasant, meticulous about the work, apologetic that it wasn't done the first time and restored our confidence in Precision.

Brandon did a phenomenal job repairing our garage door, at a fair price. He is very knowledgeable in his job (other things as well), very efficient and very courteous. I watched him work and he did not waste a single second. He explained everything to me, especially the reason leading to the damage. I would not hesitate to ask for him should I need garage door repair again.

Our garage door opener was not working and we had used Precision before so we called again. Kevin came out and took a look at the garage door opener. It was an old door opener so it was to our benefit to replace it than to keep repairing it. So Kevin install the new one and it works perfectly. Gaetano was excellent! He was prompt, clear in his explanations and instructions, he was perfect with cleanup. He had a trainee with him this time and I'm sure that the trainee learned much from his teaching. I would recommend him very highly.
