The company that installed and serviced our garage door openers is no longer in business. I was sorry to lose them because I was always comfortable and confident in their ability to keep our doors and openers in proper working condition. For months I had been putting off a service call because I really did not know who to call. I decided to call Precision after checking out different options. I called Precision and my appointment was easily set up. The service technician, Douglas, arrived on time. Douglas is very courteous and professional and answered all of my questions. I always have questions, and Douglas was very patient and professional in every respect. He went right to work and got my garage door opener up and running. I am so glad I called Precision. Now if I need service I can again feel confident in whom I am calling. Thank you Douglas and Precision!

Scott, my previous technician was helpful, responsive and pleasant. However, I had a couple issues subsequent to installation. One was very minor; one of the light covers was left hanging open. The other issue was more troublesome. The door became balky and then was rattling ominously and would not close. You very promptly arranged for Drew, another technician, to come and fix the problem, and Drew did fix it. He said a roller was off the track.

On 1/11/14, Brian serviced our garage door which was not closing properly. He installed new springs and safety cables, and lubricated the moving parts. I highly recommend Precision. I recently moved and wanted to get my garage doors repaired and purchase a new remote so I called and scheduled an appointment easily. Doug came right on time and realigned the sensors and gave me two new remotes which he programmed-all was great. Unfortunately one of the two doors stopped functioning properly so I called for him to return and he realized that the door itself was knocking the sensor when it went up and down...so he reattached the sensor to the wall and all was good as new. No charge for the return and I like that they stood behind their work 100%.
