I was told the service call would be 69.00 plus parts.I did not need any parts but i did need an adjustment.I was then charged 69.00 plus a labor rate of 85.00.I was never told about this.Although the service was very good, felt like I was mislead on the cost of the service call.I might not call again because of this.

Dear Mr Finnerty, Thank you for reviewing our business. I'm sorry for the confusion. We do have a service charge for coming out to your house of 69 dollars. It is charged to help cover the high cost of sending a qualified technician to your home. For that 69 dollars he will do a 18 point written safety inspection, tighten all loose hardware and lubricate the door. Normally we will then give a written quote to replace parts that are broken. The price we give you for the parts is an installed price. We don't have an additional labor cost. In your case because no new parts were needed to fix the problem a labor charge was necessary. We need to be more clear on the phone so you are not surprised in person. As a token of faith I would like to offer you a free service call in the future. Just tell the office about this review. We purchased new cables, rollers, springs about a month ago, but recently the door started to make a funny sound. Scott M came right back out, adjusted a couple of things and made everything perfect again. He thoroughly explained his work and I was so happy that the company stood behind its original work. The two technicians were extremely professional had complete knowledge of every function of the garage doors. Explained in detail what needed replacement and why. Explained the difference in quality of the parts versus lesser quality parts and guarantee. Some may complain that the costs are too high but considering the cost of training and professional business expenses to give quality service the expense is a insurance policy with excellent service. If you want the job done ONCE and done RIGHT call this business for your needs you won't be disappointed.

I searched on the internet and was initially impressed with the background information on the technicians. I called and was given an appointment the next day. Brandon called me earlier than expected to let me know he had a cancellation and could begin earlier. He came immediately and accessed the problem and talked to me about my options. Since I had a very old system that was on its last leg, I decided to replace the whole thing. Brandon was extremely professional and very friendly. I could see that he was very proud of his work. All in all it was a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

You installed openers on our two garage doors about four years ago. We selected you from the Yellow Pages when we looked for a Liftmaster installer/servicer. One of our openers has a battery backup and that battery needed replacement (beeping periodically). The openers also needed lubrication. Your servicer technician arrived early, made the necessary repairs quickly and was courteous and helpful throughout.
