Ron was a very courteous and prompt. He couldn't complete the repair in 1 day because the proper size door seal for that particular door was not on his truck he came back out at our convenience and completed the job

Tim couldn't have been a nicer guy and as a customer of any service, that is so important. He was very thorough in his explanation of what service he was going to perform to fix my broken door. I called at 9am and Tim was there at 11:30 as promised. Took him only an hour and the door worked better than ever. Thanks Tim!!

Ron showed up at the scheduled time and was very professional. He installed the garage door opener I had already purchased and replaced a few of the DIY parts that came with the opener with the sturdier professional parts that he had on the truck. Everything was done in a couple of hours and went without a hitch. I would not hesitate to call Precision for any future work on the garage doors.
