David Papa did a great job. He called to say he was on his way, then called again to say there was traffic and adjusted his arrival time to set my expectations. He provided a detailed set of repair options from which we chose. He estimated that it would take 2 hours, and he finished in 1 hour. He also worked around my husband's car so that he didn't even have to move it. Super job and the doors work and are nice and quiet. Thank you again :-)

Scott M. was great. He explained everything thoroughly about the broken spring and made some suggestions re: wheels, made sure he had the proper size spring for the weight of our door and made the repairs needed to get the door working perfectly again. The spring broke this morning and the technician was at our home in 2 hours to repair it. Great service, great knowledgeable technician.

Advertising was good. Really like you post your reps pics and the drug testing. Tim was great. Very informative and took his time to find the right solution for me. Technician arrived on time. I only needed cables and pulleys changed for one garage door. The technician was quick and efficient. Can be pricey if you need more work done but the service quality provided is very good and professional.

Service was prompt - same day was appreciated. Technician was pleasant and skillful. I was a little taken aback to spend XXX for a new garage door opener when I thought the job was going to be a repair. Clearly the new opener is excellent quality and works well. Surprising to me was to receive a "Moneymailer" discount offer in the mail two days later. I am hopeful to obtain a discount based on the coupon or at least a Senior Citizen Discount as mentioned in the the mailer which was not offered by the technician.

I spent way more than I planned (one broken spring became two door rebuilds) but am happy with the result. I've replaced springs twice previously, so lifetime guarantee was a strong selling point. Vince convinced me it was worthwhile and made an extra effort to explain the system and to get everything just right. Great job.

good service. but still had to wait 1 full day to get garage door fix. on the truck it says 2 hour service, that should be deleted. SCOTT was good tech. fix the door and explain what he was doing. I ask about rubber under the door, THAT WAS CUT SHORT BY ANOTHER TECH IF HE COULD FIX IT HE CALL THE OFFICE AND SAID THERE IS ONLY 90 DAY WARRENTY, I THINK IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. IT WENT UNNOTICED UNTIL THIS DOOR NEED IT TO BE SERVICED. MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE ASK FOR THE OWNER OF COMPANY!!

Henry. Thank you for your review. You are right when you say we advertise same day response. Unfortunately we we not able to comply due to employee health issues. When we miss this commitment we will waive our service call. I am refunding this to you via mail. The rubber on the bottom of the door only has a 90 day warranteebecause animals can chew through it.
