First, I have to say that Tim was the best experience I've ever had with someone who is providing a service or making a repair. He was courteous, patient and informative. He took his time , explained everything and did a terrific job. I rarely write a letter but I was going to if this survey didn't show up. He was that good. I would recommend your company strictly based on my experience with Tim. I thought your ad in the yellow pages sold me on choosing you. It was a great marketing tool and one you shouldn't move away from. Well done. I only have one question...I had two garage doors repaired and two new garage door openers replaced. I would have thought the two new openers would have come with two new switches (what you open them with when you walk out of the house) but the old ones were left. I know they're functioning but do new ones come with the door and should they have been installed or at least left with us in case these old switches go bad? I was asking Tim a lot of questions near the end so I may have distracted him. Please let me know. Thank you again for a great experience....and please thank Tim for me also.

Quick to get an appointment. Service call due to the door sticking. New rollers were put in. Did not take much time. The Tech was fine. New garage opener was put in last year by this organization. The only negative was I had to call for this opportunity to write a review. I never received an e-mail and the tech told me I would. It was not his fault.

When we needed our garage door repaired we reached out to three companies. The other two experiences were exactly what one would expect. Unprofessional and lame. The total customer experience with Precision was six stars from the initial call to job completion (you need to add another star!). Everyone we dealt with was first rate. They looked and acted professional. There is no doubt that this company is far and above, and I hate to call them, their peer group.

Ben was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of all the options available to me in repair of my garage door. Ben took the time out to educate me regarding the workings of my garage door and the importance of each peice of hardware. I would rate Precision Door Service a 5 Star rating as I was extremely happy with the efficient service and the quality of work that had been done on our garage doors. I initially needed a new spring for one garage door, but replaced two others as they had been the same age as the other one and had been worn as well. Tim explained everything in detail and also suggested other preventative maintenance things that would need attention in the future. He was very pleasant and cleaned up everything after his work was complete. I was especially impressed with the same day service and the fact that the truck was well stocked in the event we needed something else done at the time. Thank you and I will be sure to recommend Precision to other people and should I need any future repairs, I will be sure to call you.
