I would rate Precision Door Service a 5 Star rating as I was extremely happy with the efficient service and the quality of work that had been done on our garage doors. I initially needed a new spring for one garage door, but replaced two others as they had been the same age as the other one and had been worn as well. Tim explained everything in detail and also suggested other preventative maintenance things that would need attention in the future. He was very pleasant and cleaned up everything after his work was complete. I was especially impressed with the same day service and the fact that the truck was well stocked in the event we needed something else done at the time. Thank you and I will be sure to recommend Precision to other people and should I need any future repairs, I will be sure to call you.

I can't tell you how pleased my wife is with the look and ease of access she now has to the garage. The introdution emails that you sent provided a lot of information about the garage door business and what to look out for when making a selection of who should be the provider and the types of doors. Your salesperson was very knowledgeable and easly walked us through the selection process. The delivery and installation team were as knowledgeable about the setup and explained the work that would be done and then reviewed the final product with me. They also did an outstanding job and were very professional. Finally, I must say that the people and quality presentation of your organization from the initial contact pretty much convinced me that I would be doing business with you and your company. I am very impressed with the quality of work and would not hesitate to recommend Precision. Stuart Morgan repaired my garage door, as well as installed a new automatic opener. Stuart is well-mannered, neat, knowledgeable & arrived on time. He was also considerate enough to call me when he was near my home to let me know that he would be arriving within 15 minutes. I purchased the rebuild package & a LiftMaster garage door opener. When he completed his work, my solid wood garage door was straight and opening & closing smoothly. What I thought would be a nightmare, was a delightful experience!

I called Precision because of a problem with the wall remote for my garage door opener having sustained some damage. Since they had been very helpful in the past when I needed a new door and remote installed, I didn't hesitate to contact them for this problem. As usual, they were very helpful from the customer service rep that took the call and scheduled the appointment to the technician (Tim) who came and made the necessary repair. I would recommend Precision to anybody who needs repairs on an existing garage door & opener, or who need a new one. They are very courteous and helpful and we are completely satisfied.

Even though the repair on my garage door was minor, I have to commend Anthony for his expertise and prompt service. He certainly knows his way around garage doors. Garage door was found to be in very good condition. I had all of the hardware components replaced and a new door opener installed. The work was done quickly and neatly. Tim was professional in his explanation on how the system works,the safety features and the guaranties.I was out to have one spring and a cable replaced--after Tim showed me all of the bad and exhausted parts I had him do a complete overhaul.Now I feel safe.Thanks Tim

Ben's knowledge of the equipment he was repairing was impressive. He showed me what caused the problem and how to repair it, but also knew WHY certain things needed to be just so. He said it was because of your good training program, but I think it was also due to his desire to do it right the first time. That's always a sign of quality.

When we needed our garage door repaired we reached out to three companies. The other two experiences were exactly what one would expect. Unprofessional and lame. The total customer experience with Precision was six stars from the initial call to job completion (you need to add another star!). Everyone we dealt with was first rate. They looked and acted professional. There is no doubt that this company is far and above, and I hate to call them, their peer group.
