He also treated me with respect and some people I have dealt with in the past don't show me much respect or tried to sell me something I didn't need because I was a woman. Our garage door opener suddenly stopped working over the weekend - motor ran, but no movement despite intact cables/pulleys. Called on Monday morning and was thrilled that someone was able to come the following day. Tim Rainey, the service tech, was great. Friendly, knowledgeable,able to clearly explain our options (including prices/warranties/pros&cons), able to answer any question, enthusiastic about his work, took the time to help sync our car to the new opener via HomeLink. On top of all that, he was efficient and left no boxes/wires/materials behind. We will certainly recommend Precision to friends & neighbors.

We recently had two garage doors installed with new tracks and all hardware, our installer did a great job not only with the installation but also making sure he cleaned up after the job was done. Very professional from scheduling thru installing. Very pleased.
