I am not easily impressed by service companies having owned one for 30 years, but this company was fantastic. They came when they said they would come. The tech (James) was polite, knowledgeable, informative, he made me aware of my options and never tried to oversell me. He quoted me a price before he started. James Nicoll was very courteous and came earlier for his appointment a convenience for me. He replaced my door opener quickly and was very neat. The new opener is quiet and the light works well, a feature that was missing with my old one.

First of all let me say the I chose Precision because I have used them in the past and always completely satisfied. Yesterday was no exception, James the service tech diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He resolved the issue and was very personable. Excellent experience with Mike G and James N repairing our "phantom" opening and closing door. Called late evening yesterday and spoke to someone to book an appointment live for the next day. Got a window which they were on time for and communicative about when they will arrive. Went through the options to diagnose the problem (needed new wall unit controller and tightening of the springs to reduce load on the motor to prevent bigger issues down the road). Wrapped up the job within 2 hours and answered all questions. Highly recommend the company and these two technicians in particular. Very pleased and feel better knowing the door is safe.

When my old garage door motor died, I needed help immediately. I called and actually got a live operator at 9:30 at night. Precision sent a repairman the next morning. My repairman was James Nicoll who was friendly, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions (there were alot) replaced everything that needed to be replaced, and came back the next day to adjust some things so they were exactly right. He could not have been more friendly or helpful. I would work with him anytime.

Everything was so simple. I had a quick online chat early in the morning requesting a review of my garage door. At 10am someone arrived, inspected our door and motor.
