After researching multiple vendor options, the various reviews I read about Precision was what prompted me to call them. Upon my call being answered by the receptionist, I immediately noted the excellent customer service and her effectiveness to address my concerns. The tension spring snapped on my garage door and that was the reason for contacting Precision. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to get someone to me within 90 minutes! Matt D. was the very capable expert to offer assistance. He called me once to tell me he just completed the previous work assignment. Then he called me again to provide an accurate ETA. When he showed up just as he indicated, he made recommendations after examining the snapped tension spring and the overall condition of the garage doors. I am very aware of used car salesman tactics, but Matt was the complete opposite of that. He took the time to explain his recommendations and backed it up with top notch work execution. Work included new springs, rollers, pins, etc. The end result exceeded my expectations by a mile. All the preexisting creaking and metal noises were SIGNIFICANTLY improved. Their 10 yr parts / 3 yr labor warranty was icing on the cake. It is very rare to find a vendor with this level of customer service and workmanship combined with up to date technology for their billing.
