Matt D was my technician and I can not use enough superlatives to describe his professionalism that he exhibited today. While my one garage door was buckling as it closed, he diagnosed the problem with my garage door almost immediately and completed the necessary repairs in a very timely fashion and it was an added bonus that my repairs were under warranty, as he informed me. He was kind, courteous and very respectful and I would give Matt ten stars if I could. Thank you.

My garage door at times automatically shuts off, I have to turn it off and then back on to make it work again. I explained the problem when I was making the appointment. The technician had very good communication skills. Called me before showing up. He was a good guy. Unfortunately, when I explained my problem, he could not help fixing. he referred me to an electrician. I was not charged for the service visit, but at the same time I was not too happy since he could not resolve my problem, while I was told my the person making appointment, any issue we will take care of it for you! Anyhow, I did not mean to waste the technician's time, but I think they could tell me that when I was making the appointment! So I ma giving 2 stars because my issue was not resolved. But the technician came on time and had good communication skills, not able to fix the door.
