Quick-Easy-Prompt-Courteous-Reliable Called for an appointment on Monday evening after our garage door refused to open. An appointment was scheduled for the next morning. The people that I spoke with on the phone were professional and compassionate. The spring on the garage door broke at a very unfortunate time. Within a day, an appointment was set and Matthew Dewald showed up. He was friendly, professional, and fixed the problem quickly replacing both springs including a safety cord. Notifying the customer beforehand of any changes, plus the picture and history of the repair person, gave a strong sense of safety. I'm definitely remembering Matthew and I shall recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone in the future. Thank you.

The rails for my garage door had been disassembled 15 years ago to make my garage into a gym. Now that all of the gym equipment is gone, I wanted my garage back. It seemed like an easy task, just put 25+ year old rails back up so my garage door will work!. Matt was determined to make my existing equipment work.
