We've been using this service for years. One of our cables broke - we noticed the problem on Tuesday afternoon when I returned from an appointment and the garage door was crooked and not quite closed. I immediately called and was able to get a appointment the next day. It was a complicated job, but Matt (terrific guy) and, later, Andrew, worked on the problem, made a lot of replacements (parts were in stock) and in a few hours the door was fixed.
