I called this service after just randomly calling the one of the searches that came up in Google. I just didn’t have time to let research who was best to call and figured they’d all be the same. I’m taking the time to write this review because I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from the first phone call to post service how I was treated. I can’t even list the ways that this company goes above and beyond in customer service. The absolute best was the text I got when my service guy was 1/2 hour away and it gave me his picture and some facts about him so I’d be comfortable when he arrived. He was also the nicest guy in the world. Oh and he fixed my door without trying to sell me anything more then needed. Everything about this service was beyond my expectations even the price.

We've been using this service for years. One of our cables broke - we noticed the problem on Tuesday afternoon when I returned from an appointment and the garage door was crooked and not quite closed. I immediately called and was able to get a appointment the next day. It was a complicated job, but Matt (terrific guy) and, later, Andrew, worked on the problem, made a lot of replacements (parts were in stock) and in a few hours the door was fixed.

One of my garage door openers stopped working. Precision Door sent Matthew over the same day. Turned out the original opener could not be repaired. Matthew explained in detail the new door openers available. After my selection Matthew did the installation. He was very fast, neat and polite. He is an expert craftsman and when finished he took away the old opener and left my garage clean.
