Excellent Service!! We had a problem when we woke up in the morning and we saw the Precision truck at a neighbor's house. They immediately came over to service us, and took time out of their already scheduled day to service us. They had all the supplies to fix the door and didn't use any chemicals or sprays to keep our home healthy per our request. Great team!!! 5 stars!

Precision did the installation of our Opener 10 years ago. The opener stopped working properly and required replacement or Repair so we called you since you did the original work and we had no problems in ten years. Your service person, Matthew, diagnosed the problem and fixed it without having to replace the whole opener. He was very personable, fixed the problem and treated us very respectfully. We have sold our house and it will be inspected shortly as part of the sale process. Matt suggested that we install safety cables on the doors to avoid problems during the inspection. We followed his advice. We would recommend you and Matt very highly to our new owners and any others that are looking for Garage doors. TY Matt.

Our garage door was hit and wouldn't stay closed using our garage door opener. We didn't know what to expect when the technician, Matt arrived to assess the situation. He was clear about the options that we had and spelled out the costs for us. He did a fantastic job in installing our new opener and assisted us with setting up codes and our cars for access to the garage. He was extremely helpful and we were very satisfied with his work.
