Matt did a great job replacing our keypad and the garage door gasket. Both Matt and Precision Door kept us informed about arrival times and cost. Our parents also used Precision Door at their home with excellent service which is why we chose this company for 2 homes. We’ve been consistently pleased with the customer service and products for many years. Thank you!

My experience with the service was outstanding, from the initial call to the completed job. The garage expert, Matthew D arrived on time after calling to ensure we were home. He professionally assessed our situation and gave us options on how to deal it. He was able to replace the broken unit and ensure our garage door worked perfectly. Throughout he was very customer oriented-- he answered our questions and made sure we were happy with the work. I would highly recommend Matthew and the company for garage door work!

Matt D. called ahead of time, let us know what time he would be at our house, and apologized unnecessarily for being in the latter half of our window. Matthew Dewald was right on time and was professional and personable in explaining our options for the needed garage door repair work. His problem solving skills became quickly apparent and we had him look at a non-motorized overhead cabana door as well. Thanks to Matthew's tireless efforts in figuring out the correct spring weights needed, we now have a door that moves easily and holds safely in place while open. We very much appreciate Matthew's outstanding work ethic and determination in solving our doors' needs. Precision is fortunate to have Matthew as one of the faces of its company and we will be telling others of our very positive experience with Precision.

Excellent Service!! We had a problem when we woke up in the morning and we saw the Precision truck at a neighbor's house. They immediately came over to service us, and took time out of their already scheduled day to service us. They had all the supplies to fix the door and didn't use any chemicals or sprays to keep our home healthy per our request. Great team!!! 5 stars!
