We've been using this service for years. One of our cables broke - we noticed the problem on Tuesday afternoon when I returned from an appointment and the garage door was crooked and not quite closed. I immediately called and was able to get a appointment the next day. It was a complicated job, but Matt (terrific guy) and, later, Andrew, worked on the problem, made a lot of replacements (parts were in stock) and in a few hours the door was fixed.

One of my garage door openers stopped working. Precision Door sent Matthew over the same day. Turned out the original opener could not be repaired. Matthew explained in detail the new door openers available. After my selection Matthew did the installation. He was very fast, neat and polite. He is an expert craftsman and when finished he took away the old opener and left my garage clean.

The people that I spoke with on the phone were professional and compassionate. The spring on the garage door broke at a very unfortunate time. Within a day, an appointment was set and Matthew Dewald showed up. He was friendly, professional, and fixed the problem quickly replacing both springs including a safety cord. Notifying the customer beforehand of any changes, plus the picture and history of the repair person, gave a strong sense of safety. I'm definitely remembering Matthew and I shall recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone in the future. Thank you.

The rails for my garage door had been disassembled 15 years ago to make my garage into a gym. Now that all of the gym equipment is gone, I wanted my garage back. It seemed like an easy task, just put 25+ year old rails back up so my garage door will work!. Matt was determined to make my existing equipment work. I am grateful for the work he did and that he took the to review the changes with me once he was done - including the safety measures he added due to my old springs!. Thanks Matt!
