My tech was a gentleman by the name of Brandon. He was extremely friendly and did a good job of explaining the problem to me. He was on time neat and unlike a lot of people now days did not leave the impression that I was imposing on him. A grade A guy. I've always been impressed with the quality of your product and do not have to be sold on it. We discussed the possible upgrade of my door in the future when I can afford it and he was quite helpful in explaining my options. All in all a good experience as far as these things go.

The company that installed and serviced our garage door openers is no longer in business. I was sorry to lose them because I was always comfortable and confident in their ability to keep our doors and openers in proper working condition. I called Precision and my appointment was easily set up. The service technician, Douglas, arrived on time. Douglas is very courteous and professional and answered all of my questions. I always have questions, and Douglas was very patient and professional in every respect. He went right to work and got my garage door opener up and running. I am so glad I called Precision. Scott, my previous technician was helpful, responsive and pleasant. However, I had a couple issues subsequent to installation. One was very minor; one of the light covers was left hanging open. The other issue was more troublesome. The door became balky and then was rattling ominously and would not close. You very promptly arranged for Drew, another technician, to come and fix the problem, and Drew did fix it. He said a roller was off the track.

Funny how things work out. My garage door never really worked properly when installed 7 years ago, but put up with it till this week when it just didn't go up at all and I was stuck. Was going to look up someone to call and brought in the mail and in the valpak was your coupon,so I called. Pete explained everything to me, had a trainee w/him,and did a great job. Had to replace all hardware, very satisfied, and think both of your employees had great people skills. It seems Pete is very enthusiastic about his job and you should be proud to have him for an employee. If any problems arise, I will not hesitate to call, not like when my door was installed, and I am sure you will come and fix it with no problem. Great experience so far and definitely would recommend Precision. Also, thank you for your timely manner in which you came, called on Wed. arrived on Thurs.
