Advertising was good. Really like you post your reps pics and the drug testing. Tim was great. Very informative and took his time to find the right solution for me. Tim came to repair a broken garage door spring, and we ended up getting two rebuilt garage doors! He was very thorough and patient in describing the advantages of replacing all of our flimsy parts with Precision ones. Now the doors run much quieter. I liked the online listing of technicians' backgrounds and the uniforms. All in all, a pleasant and professional experience.

Scott McDonald was our technician. He was wonderful! He fixed the problem right away and then took the time to explain what had happened and how we could fix it ourselves if it occurred again. The sensor eye was not aligning properly. He lubricated the garage door opener and it now works so smoothly and quietly. What a courteous young man! In our day and age, I rarely find someone so friendly, knowledgable, and polite. Our two dogs even liked him. I would have no trouble using or recommending Precision Door service and telling everyone to be sure and ask for Scott McDonald!
