On 7/11 Dave Papa installed a garage door opener at my home. I was very pleased with Dave, he did not finish till after 8pm and it was sweltering. Whereupon he assisted one of my neighbors with their garage door opener issue. He went above and beyond.

Anthony did a great job with installing the openers. He also needed to solve a problem with the opener that I had already begun installing. He did it without complaining. Replaced the rails which he described as cheap in the Chamberlain box. They work great and he is following up on a new door bracket. I would rate him the highest at

The 69 dollar fee is designed to cover the high cost of having trucks and employees available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Unfortunately gas prices and overhead cost keep escalating and make it difficult to waive this fee. We appreciate your business and hope you understand. Best wishes Doug

From start to finish everyone I spoke to was very professional and pleasant. Their service what right at the time they said they would be there, no waiting around and wasting a day. The work I needed was done very quickly and durable however, expensive. Two springs, four cables same town repair $380.00?? WOW.

My Battery Backup Unit needed to be replaced. Next day service was scheduled when I called. Technician called ~30 minutes before arriving as promised. I appreciated Brandon returning to try to fix the remaining problems. I can't say I was wild about having to replace the unit ... but it is probably the same unit that was installed when the development was built. Overall, I was pleased with the service.
