Justin and Ron arrived promptly. They were courteous and competent. They did the trouble-shooting methodically, isolating and indentifying the problem in short order. They explained my options, including trying to trick me into an expensive ($xxx) overhaul of the entire system (which I am sure they are required to do by management!) When I opted to just fix the problem at hand, they did it quickly and thoroughly. I appreciate their work.(Shared Review)

You are correct when stating that management supports this position. We believe the best way to fix a door long term so you never have to deal with it again is to rebuild it. Whatâ??s more is that we are willing to put our money where our mouth is by guaranteeing it for as long as you own the home. If you are moving out of the house this might not be a fit for you. The Technician was so nice and helpful. He installed new remotes, added a keypad, and reset four cars to sync with the new remotes. He showed me how to sync everything for the car that wasn't home (as well as for the car with a dead battery). He came when you said he would and he called first to say he was on the way. Great job, would definitely use you again and would be happy to recommend your company!

The two technicians were extremely professional had complete knowledge of every function of the garage doors. Explained in detail what needed replacement and why. Explained the difference in quality of the parts versus lesser quality parts and guarantee. Some may complain that the costs are too high but considering the cost of training and professional business expenses to give quality service the expense is a insurance policy with excellent service. If you want the job done ONCE and done RIGHT call this business for your needs you won't be disappointed.

I wanted to provide feedback on my encounter with Precision. I had inquired about a new garage door back in the Fall 2011. Vince, the area Manager, arrived at my home to give me an estimate. Vince was wonderful to speak to and answered all of my questions! He did not make me feel rushed into purchasing and even showed me examples of the material that my new garage door would be made of. My new garage door arrived on time â?? and as promised! The two installers were just as wonderful and were very courteous and also answered my questions honestly and professionally! The quality of work was superb! No mess or lingering debris either! I am extremely pleased with selecting Precision to purchase my new garage door! Everyone from the area Manager to the installers were just a pleasure to work with! The area Manager even followed up with the customer to ensure that they are happy with their purchase! You do not find this type of service too often. I will recommend Precision to everyone! Thank you!

I had a garage door that would not go up. I had installed a new system a couple of years through Precision and was very happy with it. Unfortunately, the original poor quality spring was 16 years old and decided to break in the middle. Kyle installed a good quality spring and gave me a lifetime guarantee. I have not been disappointed with the quality of the product or service.

Thanks Kathleen for your feedback When we sell new garage doors to our customers we typically recommend to to upgrade the hardware ( springs cables, pulleys, rollers etc) Sometimes its hard to make a customer realize that the news parts are not made to last. If you need you door to work it can be a great investment. The new springs we put on your door are lifetime warranted because they will last.........and we guarantee it. Doug
