Quick service and background checked employees. Had to have my garage door safety eyes replaced. The technician was very knowledgeable and quickly pinpointed the problem and had it fixed quickly. We had lost our garage remote opener and the keypad was broken, so I called to get it repaired. Tim inspected the doors and the motors, and he recommended that the springs and wheels be replaced as well. I felt that he only made recommendations on what needed to get done and did not try to oversell me. He replaced everything (remote, keypad, springs, etc.) in little time. He was extrememly courteous and explained everything to me in detail. I highly recommend Precision.

Bob was very professional and clearly explained what the problems were in addition to my broken spring and what the repair options were. He efficiently fixed the issues with both garage doors and installed a new opener on one of them. I am completely satisfied with the work he did and love the way the doors now work. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is the price, as it seems a bit high.

I had contacted precision to look at my garage door when we moved into our new house. I was very impressed with my installer Tim Rainey. Tim gave me all the knowledge to make a decision on replacing our equipment. We recently had a small issue I contacted Precision and asked if Tim could make the service call which he did and of course fixed our small issue. I will always refer Precision. Tim Rainey does outstanding work and I am completely satisfied with Precision!!

Technician arrived on time. I only needed cables and pulleys changed for one garage door. The technician was quick and efficient. Can be pricey if you need more work done but the service quality provided is very good and professional.

Service was prompt - same day was appreciated. Technician was pleasant and skillful. I was a little taken aback to spend XXX for a new garage door opener when I thought the job was going to be a repair. Clearly the new opener is excellent quality and works well. Surprising to me was to receive a "Moneymailer" discount offer in the mail two days later. I am hopeful to obtain a discount based on the coupon or at least a Senior Citizen Discount as mentioned in the the mailer which was not offered by the technician.

Dispatch center indicated I would be first call of the day at 8am but tech didn't arrive until 8:40 - this is not the tech's fault - dispatch needs to advise the customer when the tech is actually arriving after going to warehouse first at 8am.
