Service within 24 hours......had old doors still in good shape but not working very well. Now the doors are working better than they did when we moved into our new home..25 years ago. I had called the company because my door was not opening and closing. I had Scott come to my home after inspecting the problem he recommended that a new garage door opener be purchased as our other unit was 12 years old. He showed me that the springs had some wear and if the sensors had been replaced (which I said was not the case) it would be more efficent to buy a new unit. I agreed to this but he did not tell me until I questioned him afterwards and the job was complete that the springs and pulleys were not included and were a separate package. I also did not receive the packet of info. with different packages until after the job was completed. Do be honest he was efficient, clean about his work but I was not happy because he was not upfront about what the charges included and what was "extra". I would not call your company back again as I do not appreciate surprises. For the amount I paid it should have included the extra hardware.

Picked you out of the phone book and made an appointment for the next day. Your serviceman was early which was wonderful.He was very professional and explained in detail what had to be done. We had a new spring and door overhaul. The work was done promptly and we are pleased to have had the repair completed in a timely fashion.

The appointment covered a combination of services relating to my garage door opener as well as the molding around the physical door. The day of the appointment, Brandon called to let me know the time of his arrival and he arrived right on time. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I needed to replace my garage door opener. The whole process was seamless. The appointment was made and the technician arrived within the designated two hour window The technician â??Timâ?? performed professionally â?? took the time to explain the different garage door openers and cost â?? performed the installation quickly and efficiently - demonstrated the functions of the system and linking the remotes to the cars. This is the second time Precision serviced my garage door and I was very satisfied with both experiences

Bob did the excellent job to install the garage door opener, control console and wireless keypad entry system and explained to me how each unit works and how I can do the basic maintenance myself. Overall the work was professionally and neatly done. Only complaint I have is the price quote for part + labor is a little bit more than I expected. Other than that, I am pretty happy with the whole experience.

Yesterday Scott handled the problem of adjusting my garage door height to accomodate my new SUV. He as well was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Precision. It was one of those rare occasions that all my expectations were exceeded. I called late on an evening expecting to get voice mail, instead I got a very friendly rep that made an appointment for the next morning. Technician called ahead of time to let me know at what time he will arrive, which he has right on time. He was thorough on his inspection and then explained what was wrong and my options for repair. Job was performed as we agreed and everything worked well when he was done. Price was reasonable (no feeling of him pushing unnecessary services). Brandon seemed knowledgeable and was very customer service oriented and proud to represent his company. Overall a great experience and Iâ??m happy to recommend then to anyone.

Tim was excellent. He spent as much time as I needed for me to understand what service would be best for us since we were planning to change our garage doors in the near future. The work is always done efficiently and time is always taken to make sure I understand how to set the new remotes etc.

I was very satisfied with the service.My garage door was not closing all the way. There was not repair involved as something was in the way of the safety beam. The repairman explained why it did not close all the way. He was very friendly and I would call you again if needed.
