I spent way more than I planned (one broken spring became two door rebuilds) but am happy with the result. I've replaced springs twice previously, so lifetime guarantee was a strong selling point. Vince convinced me it was worthwhile and made an extra effort to explain the system and to get everything just right. Great job.

good service. but still had to wait 1 full day to get garage door fix. on the truck it says 2 hour service, that should be deleted. SCOTT was good tech. fix the door and explain what he was doing. I ask about rubber under the door, THAT WAS CUT SHORT BY ANOTHER TECH IF HE COULD FIX IT HE CALL THE OFFICE AND SAID THERE IS ONLY 90 DAY WARRENTY, I THINK IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. IT WENT UNNOTICED UNTIL THIS DOOR NEED IT TO BE SERVICED. MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE ASK FOR THE OWNER OF COMPANY!!

Henry. Thank you for your review. You are right when you say we advertise same day response. Unfortunately we we not able to comply due to employee health issues. When we miss this commitment we will waive our service call. I am refunding this to you via mail. The rubber on the bottom of the door only has a 90 day warranteebecause animals can chew through it. Tim knew exactly what the problem was when I told him what was happening to me gageage door. He advised me that pulleys and cables needed to be replaced and proceeded to do so. Grate work in a short time.

Scott (and Kyle) were great. They rang before arriving and asked about the problem so they were prepared. They diagnosed within 10mins and went about it. Unfortunately after fixing the first problem they then discovered the secondary and more prevalent problem (a shorting safety eye). While they did take a while and they called for backup, both of them were professional throughout - explaining what was happening and why and they both were personable and thorough.

Tim was great. He explained the problem to me (worn out springs), and I decided to go with the replacement of the cables, rollers, pulleys, etc. in addition to the springs for the lifetime warranty. There was a problem with a new roller affecting the hinge (plus the hinge was missing a screw). He came out today (2 days later) and fixed it easily. My door now slides up and down with the greatest of ease, and QUIETLY. Tim was extremely polite, well informed, and focused on the customer. Great customer service!
