On in 15th of Jan. 2023 your tech named Ethan TsIrulik came to my home to install an electric garage door opener. The service tech was terrific--the young fellow knows his craft, he is confident of his skills, he allows any and all questions posed to him, and to say he is personable clearly was surely evident. Kevin showed up within 2 hours of my phone call.He explained the reason for the repairs needed and gave me 3 options to get the door in working order. I chose the repair with a 3 year guarantee. Kevin replaced the 6 parts and completed the repairs in 1 hour.I was happy with everything except the cost.It was more than I expected but so is everything. All in all I am a vary satisfied customer.
