Brian Hallock did a fantastic job. He educated me on the overall problem, provided various quotes and described the work in a way I could easily understand. The results were first rate. More expensive than I had anticipated, but the quality of the parts and work made the investment worth it. Replaced all springs, roller, new key pad, new remote keys, cables, the works.

We had an excellent experience with Precision. After our garage door abruptly and rather dramatically stopped working last week, I called Precision and spoke with a very friendly and helpful woman, who was able to send someone out within a few hours. Christian was extremely professional and thorough, assessing our current system and offering detailed options for replacement (and was then very patient in repeating it all to my husband over the phone). He was even able to replace it all in the same day, expressing no qualms about staying for several hours, even into the evening. By the time he left, we knew we had a great new system that will be safe and reliable for years to come. We highly recommend Precision!

It was a really good experience. I had called in the evening after normal hours, around 6pm, but was able to connect and request for service. Hi: My recent experience with Precision Overhead was very pleasant. The tech, David Bryan arrived on time and listened to me explain the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. He explained the proper solution and installed the necessary brackets. He also took the time explain other issues with the garage door that might occur in the future. I mentioned that I did not know how to open or shut the door manually and he took the time to show me (a few times) how to do so. David is an asset to Precision Overhead! I would recommend your company to my family and friends if needed. I was very satisfied with the entire process.
