Extremely prompt same day service. David was not only polite and personable, but explained all parts of my original garage door opening system and got to the root of the problem with immediate efficiency. There was no “upsale” to replace what was still functioning and the conclusion to replace what no longer worked, with price point choices, made decisions easy. Work was completed quickly, after which operating instructions were reviewed by David with me, in addition to providing the usual manufacturer’s product manual. The garage was also left in pristine condition with all installation debris removed. What a treat to experience prompt, pleasant and skilled service from David and Precision!

Any homeowner will tell you there are people who come to solve your problem and there are people who come to "sell" you more stuff. It is the difference between work and craftsmanship. Matt Dewald and the team at Precision are "craftsman" . Their goal is not just fix the issue but to solve the problem. I know this may sound like hyperbole but I am dead serious. I have spent the last 40 years developing systems to diagnose and repair complex equipment ranging from nuclear reactors to blowout preventers on offshore oil rigs. I have spent time with those who "claim" to know what they are doing and those that actually do. I know the real deal when I listen to how they talk and the go about their work Matt and the team at Precision are the "real deal".

Dealing with Precision Door was a great experience. My initial phone conversation was with Brittany who scheduled my appointment and the timeframe worked perfectly for my day. What a delight speaking with her. Shortly afterwards David B called to say he'd be arriving shortly. David was terrific in explaining the options available to repair the garage door. He courteously and patiently answered all questions and walked me through what the repair would entail. He completed the repairs (spring, cables, pulley, brackets and more) and even showed me how to lubricate the door/hinges going forward. If you need your garage door fixed, repaired or replaced I highly recommend Precision Door! This is a company that gets what customer service is all about. $1400 to fix a broken spring and replace some screws that were rusting. Ridiculously expensive! Will not use them again!

The service technician Ethan showed up right in time. After going over the problem with the garage door. We discussed three option that was offered. After picking which option Etan went right to work to fix and replace the damaged parts. Ethan spent a couple of hours and explained every step of the work. Upon completion we checked and double checked the door. Ethan then did a great job in cleaning up He is a true asset to your company

I have reached a point in my life where I think Customer Service no longer exists --- then I called Precision Garage Door. I will admit, I hate the voice prompts one has to go through to get to a human, however, once past that everything was amazing. My appointment was arranged quickly for the next day, and pretty much to "my convenience". This only happens when you're not waiting - I had a previous appointment , James showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour window (and wasn't that so much better, a 2 hour window, not 4 or 6) and unfortunately my appointment was running late, but he waited. He offered a couple of solutions, explaining each. Once I made my decision he set to work. He was quick, efficient and neat. James was a very pleasant, articulate individual and had an answer for all my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again if I needed too, and I highly recommend this "customer" focused business.
