Matthew did a great job fixing our garage door problems. He fully explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. I am aware that we will probably need a new garage door before long and will definitely use Prestige -and Matthew-when that time comes.

I can't recommend John highly enough! My garage door opener decided to die last night, and John came out quickly to assess the situation. He went above and beyond, trying every possible way to fix the existing opener to save me the expense of a replacement. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair, but I truly appreciated his honest advice and thorough explanation of the issue. When it came to replacing the opener, John was efficient, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He installed the new system perfectly, ensured it was working flawlessly, and even took the time to show me how to use all the features. It's rare to find someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also genuinely cares about providing great service. If you're looking for someone who is honest, hard-working, and dedicated to doing a great job, John is your guy!

I have had at lead 3 calls for the garage door banging when it hits the garage floor. At least this technician ( Luke) took the time to explain that the banging is due to the type of opener we purchased. If I would have known it would have been this noisy we would have purchased a different one. So Luke gets the 5 star, because he took the time to explain everything. We just aren't completely happy with the opener

I’ve been using Precision since 2016. They have always arrived on time and repaired or replaced whatever problem I was having. Lou and Rob are both great. They are reliable, honest, fair in their pricing and stand behind their work. What else could you ask for in a company?

Excellent and professional work. Precision responded quickly to my call and was on site the next day to replace a malfunctioning unit. Dave P, the technician, was extremely pleasant and explained what needed to be done in a clear and professional manner. We have used Precision previously and will do so again when needed.

Service Person was great .. really worked with me and explained everything with options. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the pricing. I think the pricing could be lower based on other estimates received.
