From the first contact to schedule an appointment and throughout the my installation Precision was OUTSTANDING in communication, customer service. Professional and courteous was what I experenced. Mike Picarello (sales) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Faber Velasquez (installation) was through and expertly installed our 2 new garage doors. The work was done within the timeframe he estimated. He was a nice guy (courteous and professional). I was also pleased that there was primer coat of paint on it in the correct color. The only thing that was different than the previous door was that the windows are not at the top level but at the next to top level. I can live with that.

Great Service: Very Professional company. My garage stopped working on a weekend. A lot of companies who does garage service were not open and Precision listing was showing up as the first listing on non-Advertainment section of the google search. Called the number on the site and they were able to immediately schedule a service technician visit. The person who came to my location was Ryan Murphy. There was web base system where I could track the progress on the arrival of the service tech and when he arrived, he right away went to work. Analyzed the problem and gave me multiple service options at different price points so that I could choose what work best for me. Once I determined what I would like to do, he got it done in a couple of hours and the garage was fully functional and way better than it used to be. These guys are honest, no-nonsense professionals. No upselling or marketing of products. They give you options and let you choose what you need. I would highly recommend them. An A+ Company

5 stars for Mark. He was outstanding. professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. A real asset to your organization. The whole experience with Precision, since the first estimate has been above my expectations until the very end. After returning my car to the garage, and closing, the door continues to go up and the light flashes. It is very inconsistent, sometimes it closes. I am sure it is just a minor adjustment to the sensors

Ethan was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. Did an excellent job installing my garage door sensors. Gave me several options and prices. No pressure at all. Safety was a concern, garage doors springs and cables are 27 yrs. old. The email from Ethan for future needs and repairs was a plus. Will definitely use Precision and Ethan in the future.

A very organized business. I scheduled my appointment and the technician arrived on time the same day. Excellent service and installation. Marc was able to open up the old door and dismantle it without a problem. You said the job would take 3 hours and he completed it in two. Precision installed the garage door for me several years ago and the same excellent service was rendered today

I had a big problem with my garage door today. It opened, but then would not close. It was already mid afternoon and I was afraid no one would be available. I couldn’t leave the door opened and I won’t park my car on the street. The woman who answered my call was very nice and assured me I would get help today. Ethan arrived within the hour and he explained everything in detail and assured me it would be fixed today. He was pleasant and did great work! I totally recommend him and Precision!!
