On 1/13/25, I had the motor in my garage door replaced. The old motor was purchased in 2024. The technician did an excellent job. He installed the new garage door opener, provided new remote openers, and installed the new door openers outside the garage door. He worked efficiently and cleaned up all the mess. This individual knew his job and performed it well. Any questions I had were answered. I am very pleased with the completed task and would recommend this company for their excellent work performance.

I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix my garage door on a Saturday during the winter, meaning it was an emergency as I didn't want to leave my car outdoors. Their service was outstanding. From the first phone call to the repair service, Precision showed a remarkable customer service. The reason why I am giving four stars, it's because I felt the service was way overpriced. As a comparison, I did a similar service in my previous home garage door 2 years ago and paid less than 1/3 of the price. That other company was not available to do the emergency service for me today.

I had a phenomenal experience with Precision, thanks to Ethan! My 1995 Craftsman Garage Door Opener finally gave out, and Precision was able to come out within 24 hours to address the issue. Ethan was upfront and provided my wife and me with clear options for replacing the garage door opener. Given that our old opener was 30 years old, we decided to go with a new Genie opener. Ethan completed the installation in just an hour and a half. He went above and beyond by lubricating all the necessary parts and even connecting my Jeep's garage door opener to the new system. Throughout the process, Ethan was professional and courteous, and he didn't pressure us with any upselling, which was a refreshing change from other service providers. He identified and actually showed me worn-out, frayed, and broken parts of the old system. He explained the options I had in a clear way, and I was happy that he had all the parts in his truck to do new installations right at that time. David left the area clean and neat and even got rid of abandoned wires that were sticking out of the garage ceiling. I cannot say enough good things about Precision. The arm to our garage door broke the day after christmas and we were scrambling to figure out how to fix it. We called precision who sent someone out that day! Making an appointment was so easy and the customer service was amazing. David called us when he was on his way and texted us an ETA tracker. He was very professional and kind during the whole process. David did not try to sell us on things we did not need and was very honest on what needed to be fixed and the different options and prices included in solving the problem. He was able to show us all our options on a tablet with side by side comparisons so we could pick what was right for our needs. David had the parts to fix our garage door within the hour.
