Well, we had a little mishap. After residing our garage, the garage door lock no longer worked. Getting an appointment was easy. Instead of a frustrating automated phone system, I quickly reached a helpful human who booked our appointment with only a 3-day wait. The servicing tech was in constant contact with texts and phone calls. He arrived on time, and fixed the problem. No drama. The customer service end is excellent.

Dave was an awesome guy. He was here early and explained everything. He worked patiently during heavy rain and a thunderstorm.
