Alan was the technician and he explained in detail the issue as well as the various options to fix the issue. Rob was very courteous and professional. I was quoted that the cost for the garage door spring would be $210.00. Rob said the cost was actually $410 or $420. I asked why it was doubled. The person on the phone only quoted price of spring. I had reported when I called yesterday it was the spring and cable. Rob said the spring was twisted and had to be cut. The cable was another price plus the safety mechanism had to be repaired. He worked with me and saved me approximately $25.00 by asking if I was a AAA member and if I would by check. I said yes to both so cost was $386.30.
