First of all let me say the I chose Precision because I have used them in the past and always completely satisfied. Yesterday was no exception, James the service tech diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He resolved the issue and was very personable. James explained everything that he was doing to me and offered three options regarding the problem. He went above and beyond in my opinion and as a matter of fact I would/will request him if/when I use Precision again in the future.

Past positive experience with Precision led me to call them once again when cable on my garage door snapped. Was very happy with getting a service call within 24 hours. Excellent experience with Mike G and James N repairing our "phantom" opening and closing door. Called late evening yesterday and spoke to someone to book an appointment live for the next day. Got a window which they were on time for and communicative about when they will arrive. Went through the options to diagnose the problem (needed new wall unit controller and tightening of the springs to reduce load on the motor to prevent bigger issues down the road). Wrapped up the job within 2 hours and answered all questions. Highly recommend the company and these two technicians in particular. Very pleased and feel better knowing the door is safe.
