We've owned our home for 21 years and had Precision come out 3 times. Always a quick response, fair price and great work done. This time I received a call saying the technician was delayed. I asked for another tech because I've had major foot surgery lately and the garage is the only way that I can exit my home. Kelly was so understanding and arranged Kevin S. to come out within 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Precision Garage have proven themselves once again!

I chose to call your service because on your website, you promised a response in four hours. Your dispatch did not quite meet that, but when your technician Thomas Sackmann arrived, it was a blessing. Our entire spring assembly and cables were a twisted mess and we feared that our holiday plans would be ruined. Thomas calmly surveyed the scene and you could see that he was developing a step by step action plan. I was amazed how accurately and efficiently he worked to save the day. Excellent from start to finish. Booked an appointment completely online and was asked to send in a brief description of the issue. Was able to upload photos and video so the technician could be prepared. Got a text saying the tech was on his way and he arrived right in time. Diagnosed the issue, offered solutions at different price points, and completed the work right there. Our technician was extremely polite and professional and clearly knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend them after this experience.

Spring broke last night after putting the second car in. It's a large old wooden door to a 2 car garage.....weighs 450 lbs. Both cars now trapped and no way can the door be opened manually. Called Precision first thing in the morning. Response was excellent, they arrived in less than 3 hours. Ferdinand gives me a couple of alternatives and the repair is completed and doors are working in about 90 minutes. I was impressed with Ferdinand's knowledge, expertise and professional manner. Also really appreciated the prompt response.

Ryan Patrick Murphy was very competent and thorough. He understood that a lightening strike had fried the logic boards, made sure to reserve the replacement parts with your warehouse, and returned shortly to install the parts. He checked the safety and proper functioning of all elements of the garage door system and made sure to reprogram keypads, remotes, etc. Very competent and knowledgeable employee.
