Excellent from start to finish. Booked an appointment completely online and was asked to send in a brief description of the issue. Was able to upload photos and video so the technician could be prepared. Got a text saying the tech was on his way and he arrived right in time. Diagnosed the issue, offered solutions at different price points, and completed the work right there. Our technician was extremely polite and professional and clearly knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend them after this experience.

The online appointment scheduling was amazing and very easy. The communication via text and email after booking the appointment was also incredible. On the day of the appointment, as promised, I received a call with the arrival time which was to the minute. The technician (Kevin Stasiak) was wonderful. He was professional, polite and informative. The required work was done quickly and efficiently. I have nothing but high praise for the whole process from start to finish!!!!!!

Every person I spoke to was very professional and nice to deal with. Garage door stoped, working I called Precision door service and the lady was very nice and she had me booked for the next day I was informed prior to arrival via email and text. Glen the technician arrived on time and he was very professional and very nice and easy to deal with He is also knowledgeable. The whole work Took about an hour and a half from A-to-Z and our garage door was running up and down perfectly and smoothly Thank you Precision and thank you Glen.

I chose Precision since I had purchased a beautiful new garage door from them nearly 2 years ago and was very pleased with their work. I kept the same mechanism from my previous door since it worked well with my new door. Spring broke last night after putting the second car in. It's a large old wooden door to a 2 car garage.....weighs 450 lbs. Both cars now trapped and no way can the door be opened manually. Called Precision first thing in the morning. Response was excellent, they arrived in less than 3 hours. Ferdinand gives me a couple of alternatives and the repair is completed and doors are working in about 90 minutes. I was impressed with Ferdinand's knowledge, expertise and professional manner. Also really appreciated the prompt response.

Ryan Patrick Murphy was very competent and thorough. He understood that a lightening strike had fried the logic boards, made sure to reserve the replacement parts with your warehouse, and returned shortly to install the parts. He checked the safety and proper functioning of all elements of the garage door system and made sure to reprogram keypads, remotes, etc. Very competent and knowledgeable employee.

I had garage doors installed by another company in Monmouth county in my Essex county ( they installed doors when I lived in Monmouth county and installed in this home again) home. When I called for a repair, they said they wouldn’t come up here again. They referred me to use Precision Overhead Garage Doors and said they were excellent, they weren’t lying. I called them this Monday. I apologize I forgot the woman who answered the phones name. She was very professional and but cordial as well. She gathered all my information and said can we come tomorrow, is that okay? With the pandemic in place, I was aghast. Usually, when I have called other companies for other work on my home, they are giving a 2-3 week turnaround date. Of course tomorrow was great, she gave me a time span of 8am-12pm for tech to arrive. Next morning the tech called me @ 7:45 am and said he was on his way, would be at my house by 8am. Shocking. Jason arrived, looked at the doors and said whoever installed the doors, they did not use the correct rails to accommodate the garage door opener. Originally, I was told there was a $69 service; however, Jason waived that fee. Jason explained if I couldn’t rectify this issue with original installer, just call us back and they would figure out how to resolve this problem and then he left. I really could not believe how fast and professional this company was at customer service. I would highly recommend calling this company for any of your garage door needs. Some of the one stars you see on these google reviews, in my opinion, are miserable people that Mother Theresa would not be able to make happy. They look or pray for something to be wrong so they can proclaim and spread their negativity. I am being totally honest and genuine, I have nothing to gain from writing this review except to help you the Google reviewer make the correct choice.
