They create a seamless experience for the customer, from the ease of scheduling to the prompt emailing of the receipt/invoice as soon as the job is done. They called to let me know they would arrive about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, which was remarkable given that it was the day after Thanksgiving. My garage door was fixed within an hour.
