Outstanding in every regard. Couldn’t believe they came in a Sunday without an up charge and the person in the phone was terrific!! Our service person, Tino, called to let us know when to expect him and kept us updated. He was great!! Professional, knowledgeable, and a really personable guy! Would never think if calling anyone else!!

Experts at their work. John, the technician, had my door fixed perfectly, and pretty quickly too. Our cable had snapped, and the door fell off the track also. The door is very old. New cables, pulleys, and springs. Answered all questions. A friendly guy too. Can't ask for more.

As soon as John, the technician who had been assigned to my case had arrived at my home, I was immediately impressed by his promptness; I might have set my watch by the timing of this capable, industrious young man’s arrival. John set to work immediately, diagnosing my problem, apprising me as to the existence of several viable options, and, upon my selection, patiently explained every step of the installment process, as well as how to use my new 3/4 horse power garage, new remotes and WiFi configured system. I am, without reservation, a thoroughly delighted customer.

What can I say about Precision Door Service. I called because I used Precision before and was impressed by their fast response after my first call, as well as, their workers, including customer service. Firstly, the estimator Tammy Dehaan was awesome, she understood my dire needs and urgency due to the damage caused by the Ida storm. Secondly, Wilmer, the garage door expert/installer was pleasant and completed the installation of my remote garage door in a timely fashion, the job was done neatly/professionally, he answered all my questions/concerns with a pleasant attitude and Wilmer stated that I am not to hesitate to call Precision Doors if I have any issues with the garage doors. I will use Precision Doors again and will refer them to anyone who needs their service. Big thank you, New Jersey.

We called Prestige to do necessary replacement and repairs based on their great reviews, and they didn't disappoint. Tino was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was causing the problems we had and answer all our questions. He replaced bad springs and a garage door opener and safety sensors that had basically stopped functioning due to age, and we're so glad we called. Thank you!

Our garage door opener malfunctioned yesterday morning. I called Precision and by the afternoon a Precision Repair person was at our home to address the problem. He was courteous and professional and diagnosed the situation perfectly. He was well equipped with the parts needed to get our garage door working properly again. Matt was excellent. Professional and friendly. Knew his stuff and identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. He was awesome! Love the app... It let's you track your tech on the way to your house so you know exactly when they get there. The follow up from the office was on the spot. Couldn't ask for a better service.
