Rob from Precision was a real pro. No wonder his nephews are looking up at him as their role model as explained in his bio sent out by the Company. Tino did an outstanding job. He first assessed the situation, Indicated what he thought would be necessary to address the problem and indicated all costs before beginning any work. He was methodic in his procedures was conscious of maintaining a safe working environment. He described how all the new equipment functioned, programmed all of my remote controls both new and old and answered all of my questions.
