The designer who came to our house for our current purchase, Tammy DeHaan, was very attentive and helpful with helping us make our decision for the purchase of our current doors. She was very knowledgeable and worked with us to make sure we purchased exactly what we were looking for, and the price for the new doors was below what I had expected. Can’t say enough about the great service!

We had Precision replace parts on 2 garage doors nearly 10 yrs ago. One started having trouble recently along with the 3rd door we hadn’t serviced. Brian, who is personable, hard working, and efficient, researched our account and was able to replace one door’s springs and cables under warranty. He also replaced them on the other door along with new rollers at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend Brian and will request him if we need any work in the future.
