We have been customers of Precision for many years. Today Ryan Patrick Murphy was the serviceman. Everything was so easy from making a convenient appointment to the text instructions introducing Ryan. He called ahead, was punctual, thoroughly explained what the door problem was and my options for fixing it. Before he left, Ryan cleaned up all the cartons and packing debris . He even saw a tiny screw and then took me through the instruction of my new system. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Our experience with Precision is one of the best experiences we've ever had with a contractor. From the patience of the customer service rep who scheduled us to the expertise of the installer, we cannot recommend Precision enough. Communication, capability, affordability and warranty (!!) are all part of the deal. Precision sent a photo and bio of installer with an ETA in advance of arrival so we knew who to expect. All vendors should do this. Their expert Alan arrived on time, provided a reasonable estimate of work and completed the job (on both a new belt opener install and an old chain opener repair) as promised. We are so pleased with our now fully functional garage that we'll not only return for service but we happily recommend Precision to friends and family. Thank you, Precision!

I have used Precision in past for a broken spring so when I had an issue with the garage door not fully opening I looked at their web page, like that they have a fully stocked truck, come out to service quickly, in my case 3 hours after I called. From rep handling my call to my service person, Kevin S were all friendly and courteous. So much that after Kevin completed his job and now late in day, I had a question, called Precision and they said they would have Kevin call me the next morning, and he did, again, very friendly and knowledgeable. Every thing about this company is top notch. I will say they are a bit expensive, but my emergency situation was handled the same day I called and to me it was all worth it.

She was always so pleasant, kind and accommodating. After initially speaking with Sarah, I knew I chose the right company! The text/email communications were phenomenal. I always knew exactly what was going to happen! I wasn’t home when technician Thomas Sackmann arrived but my husband very enthusiastically said he was A+++++ superb! He immediately saw what the problem was and gave my husband 3 options on how to proceed with the job. My husband said Thomas knew exactly what he was doing, got right to work, and with great “precision” completed each task with confidence and expertise. I spoke with Thomas on the phone and my husband and I appreciated his friendliness, kindness and upbeat personality!
