Our garage door was hit and wouldn't stay closed using our garage door opener. We didn't know what to expect when the technician, Matt arrived to assess the situation. He was clear about the options that we had and spelled out the costs for us. He did a fantastic job in installing our new opener and assisted us with setting up codes and our cars for access to the garage. He was extremely helpful and we were very satisfied with his work. The quick response to our situation was also tremendous.

When our garage door broke, i called the company who we have used in the past and they told me it would be more than a week before they could come. He was very professional and courteous as he explained the recommendations. After completing the repairs and cleaning up, went over complete operation of the system with me. Tino arrived on time. Asked me why a requested a service call. Did a thorough safety check on the garage door and garage door opener. He explained what was wrong and what needed replacement. He prepared an estimate and then started to do the repairs. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and courteous. I would ask for him the next time I have a repair issue.

Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional from the second I called this morning. I had made an appt online and needed to see if anyone could come earlier that originally scheduled. The representative on the phone was very understanding and accommodating. Gedas arrived early and did a wonderful and thorough job! He took his time evaluating the issue and explained things clearly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was here quite a while making sure everything was right and even did a couple of extra improvements for me in the process.
