Excellent service. The technician Mathew Dewald examined and explained to me the problem why my garage door is dragging/binding/wiggling stuck or bouncing back sometimes. Provided his professional suggestions and repairing. Now my 20 year old garage door revived as new (quiet and smooth).

Easy to set appointment. We were able to get door fixed next day. Service person John was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the devices needed and earned our trust. One of the torsion springs on our garage door broke late in the day on Sunday. That pretty much rendered the garage door useless. I learned from Chris the technician that our garage door weighs 240 pounds. Good door and the spring had lasted 13 years. Precision was the third place I called from my Internet search and the first to answer the phone. A good start. The website stated that most services could be delivered within four hours. The technician, Chris, called ahead and arrived earlier which for us was better. We talked about torsion springs and other maintenance that we could consider and The entire repair and tuneup was completed within an hour. Top-notch. I would recommend Precision to family and friends without reservation.

Ryan was an excellent service technician. He arrived on time and reviewed with me the current status of my garage door and operating mechanisms. I was given a full explanation of the status of my current door. I was given a complete and objective explanation of all of the options available for making the necessary repairs. Ultimately it was my decision, based upon the age of the door and the mechanisms to replace the entire door.I am quite comfortable in my decision to allow Precision to undertake a major improvement to my home.

Thank you for having service on Sunday. We had your company service our garage door system a few years ago. Your technician John Delpiu is very courteous. He explained everything very clearly, showed me pictures of what was wrong. He explained the warranty and at the end showed me how to set the new door opener. I’m very satisfied and impressed with his service

I am terribly disappointed and not happy about their business model. The service technician was very nice and pleasant. However, that's it. The tech was more required to sell me a service "Package" of fixes to a simple door issue ranging from $200 - $400, rather than making some quick simple adjustments to resolve my door clicking issue. AND, that's after I'm paying them $75.00 for just showing up. Customers....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! Find a company more interested in helping YOU fix a problem, rather than selling-in some service "package" for their own gains......

I called Precision early in the morning and they gave me the first appointment The service tech John was very professional. He called with an arrival time estimate and showed up with in 5 mins of the ETA. Explained our options and listen to my concerns. Very polite and courteous. I was very satisfied with the work, cleanup and overall outcome of the visit. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door issues. Thank you for a very professional job. I was really impressed with Precision from the start. When I called in to request repair of my garage door, customer service was prompt and clear, and scheduling the service was a breeze! When the day came for service, I was impressed not only with the email and text I received giving me a profile and a picture of the serviceman who would be arriving, but also the calls I received from Kevin (our serviceman) letting me know his ETA on arriving. When Kevin showed-up, he was very professional. He quickly ascertained the problem with our garage door and offered me several options for not only fixing, but updating the garage door system. He explained everything succinctly and helped me through the financing options. He then immediately got to work and completed in the time he quoted. Overall, this was a very pleasant service experience and I'll be sure to be using Precision going forward for any further troubles with my garage.
