I had garage doors installed by another company in Monmouth county in my Essex county ( they installed doors when I lived in Monmouth county and installed in this home again) home. When I called for a repair, they said they wouldn’t come up here again. They referred me to use Precision Overhead Garage Doors and said they were excellent, they weren’t lying. I called them this Monday. I apologize I forgot the woman who answered the phones name. She was very professional and but cordial as well. She gathered all my information and said can we come tomorrow, is that okay? With the pandemic in place, I was aghast. Usually, when I have called other companies for other work on my home, they are giving a 2-3 week turnaround date. Of course tomorrow was great, she gave me a time span of 8am-12pm for tech to arrive. Next morning the tech called me @ 7:45 am and said he was on his way, would be at my house by 8am. Shocking. Jason arrived, looked at the doors and said whoever installed the doors, they did not use the correct rails to accommodate the garage door opener. Originally, I was told there was a $69 service; however, Jason waived that fee. Jason explained if I couldn’t rectify this issue with original installer, just call us back and they would figure out how to resolve this problem and then he left. I really could not believe how fast and professional this company was at customer service. I would highly recommend calling this company for any of your garage door needs. Some of the one stars you see on these google reviews, in my opinion, are miserable people that Mother Theresa would not be able to make happy. They look or pray for something to be wrong so they can proclaim and spread their negativity. I am being totally honest and genuine, I have nothing to gain from writing this review except to help you the Google reviewer make the correct choice.

We had an estimate given for 2 garage doors and the Saleswoman came out during the 4 hour window that we agreed upon beforehand. Her name is Stacey C. and she was VERY professional. She even called ahead of time to give me a better estimate so we weren't waiting around for 4 hours. When she arrived, I told her I had a basic idea of what I wanted. She knew exactly what I was talking about and even had swatches of the different doors and insulation so I could be sure of my decision. She also explained the differences if I had any questions about the different doors and their hardware. I also ordered a Garage Door Opener and told her that I wanted something of good quality but didn't have to have the "King of all garage door openers". We came to the price which was affordable(and Stacey also told me about a credit program where if you are approved, you pay within a certain time, interest free). Then, she also gave me coupons, which really helped in the price. I'm very excited about getting doors from this company as I know that they are a first rate company. Again, Stacey C. was very professional and made what could have been a headache, very pleasant. Thank you Stacey!!
