John took the time to explain in detail the work that he would like to perform and gave me options of what were highly recommended fixes vs nice to do but not necessary yet. He also walked me through the set up to enable control of my garage door with my smart phone. Very pleased with the service today

Customer service is easy to work with, pleasant and responsive. With a phone call I had an appointment set within in 10 minutes for the next day. My technician, Ferdinand Kazimov was fantastic. He arrived promptly at 8:30 am, assessed the job, gave me a quote, and completed the work. We discussed the initial installation of the two garage doors (not his work), and he worked diligently and with absolute dedication to finish the job. Tino did an outstanding job. He first assessed the situation, Indicated what he thought would be necessary to address the problem and indicated all costs before beginning any work. He was methodic in his procedures was conscious of maintaining a safe working environment. He described how all the new equipment functioned, programmed all of my remote controls both new and old and answered all of my questions. He was always pleasant and polite and even listened to an old man's stories without complaint.

We were disappointed because Sean came out and the garage door was fixed but he disconnected it to check something and it was not working and he left after he was paid $282. When we called to ask for him to fix the wiring he disconnected, Nicole in the call center stated he would come back early the next morning. We could not take another day off from work and had already paid for the door to be fixed and it was not. Expensive service and not properly performed.
