Had a pleasant experience with John Delpiu. He was the technician sent to fix my garage door, he was pleasant and explained what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manner. I requested a call in advance to know an approximate time of arrival, he did that. I would recommend this company

Our service man John Delpiu was excellent. He was very helpful and went over in detail all that will be done with the installment. He reviewed the invoice and was extremely knowledgeable. He called with an arrival time and he was at our home exactly at that time. I hope the installers are just as great as John. 5 star for John!

5 star. Everything was professional all the way from the phone calls, to the emails, to the text. The first installer Brian had to leave but was a very polite young man and a very good ambassador for your company. The second installer today Phil was just as professional competent and polite. He was very friendly and he knew his equipment and showed me all the operations. I also like the professional attire that they wear. I have no complaints.

Excellent job by an experienced, affable serviceperson (Chris? Forgive me; I'm not good with names....) who swiftly diagnosed the problem, explained how he proposed to address the situation, and advised me of a few concerns he had about one rusted spring and a lack of safety cables. He explain prices to me and I chose what service I wanted. BTW, I did not know who to call for service, but I remembered the name Precision -- who knows from where? Probably advertising. So I looked on the internet and decided to call them. I'm glad I did. High marks all around !!!! Thank you.

My garage door opener died and I needed a new one. I was able to schedule for the following day. Brian called half and hour before he was to arrive and performed an assessment of my unit. He gave me options with the price. He was extremely professional and courteous. Once I choose the option I felt was best he started working. I had everything replaced except the door and rails. It took him about an hour to install everything and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Precision.

WOW! White glove service. I am very impressed with this company. I will contact them for all my garage door needs. We called for a repair service. Our technician John took excellent care of our 3 garage doors. He replaced springs, installed a new opener, and just took the time necessary to make sure everything was just right. Precision answered my questions during an online chat last night. I was able to set up an appointment for today. The technician Brian was very friendly and professional. He gave me options of what he could do to fix my garage door problems and let me decided what work I wanted done. He and his partner fixed the problem in less than 1 hour. I am glad my wife chose to call Precision For new garage door opener. Fronm get go every one connected to arrange appointment to the actual installation was caring, courteous and prompt. We were kept well informed throughout via email, text . Chris arrived promptly, reviewed our need and gave us good recommendation of the Liftmaster opener to install at a reasonable price. I agreed and Chris completed the install professionally and promptly as he had all the products in his well appointed truck. Chris also programmed opener in my car, and outsde the garage door frame. The unit works very well, is much quiter than our old unit. I was able to set up MyQ App easily.
