I just did a garage door repair on one of my doors. Technician said I needed to replace all the hardware, but didn't need to replace the doors which could be sanded down & re-painted at a later date. It was still more expensive than I was expecting, but technician was prompt and explained what needed to be done.

We had Brian Scott and Will Gonzales come on a Saturday morning to change our 15 yr old garage doors. They were very prompt and finished the work in time. Awesome technician did a great job. Professional, clean, explained everything clearly. When scheduling, know there is a charge just for the appointment, and be sure to ask how much additional charge for parts beyond the motor of a new garage door opener. My own fault for not asking, but I felt a little blindsided by the final bill.

I hate to leave a review if it isn’t good, I called precision door due to being confused as to complete my door install, Unfortunately I was confused as to what serv I received, besides the poor attitude the tech had, He left with me even more confused then I was before he arrived, With my door still not operational on top of all I was $286.00 poorer then I was before his arrival. The whole objective of calling precision door was to make my life easier and that obviously was not the case.. Sad to say I will not use this company again nor will I refer to anyone..
