We are very pleased with the service performed when we had to replace our garage door opener. Making the appointment was done rapidly and politely. Lou R was our technician and we can not say enough good things about the work he did. He gave us all the options from repair to replacement of our opener. When we decided to replace the opener, he gave us 3 options and explained each one thoroughly. There was NO pressure from Lou. He just explained, answered our questions and when the decision was made, went immediately to work. The installation was performed quickly and the area was completely spotless when he finished. It was quality from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend your company. In fact, I have already recommended you to my neighbor.

Tim just came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He was extremely professional, thorough and honest. I have done extensive renovations on my home over the last 10 years and dealt with a lot of different contractors and servicemen. He was by far, the nicest and easiest to work with. I was pleasantly surprised , and glad when the technician Lou, called me an 1hr and 15 minutes before the scheduled 4:00pm-8:00pm, letting me know that he was available, and if it worked for me, he could start earlier. Lou is courteous, knowledgeable about his craft and professional, I ordered the lift master opener, and he pointed out that my hardware was worn, I didn't hesitate, I told him to take care of it as well, best suggestion, garage door is like new, I received five star service, from a five star employee.
