Kevin called and was 10 minutes earlier than the time slot we were given. All information was explained before hand. The job itself was done in less then I was told it would take. There's like nothing I really could say that was bad Kevin really did an amazing job, so much that I would recommend him to anyone & everyone that needs these services.

I could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism provided by your company. My technician, Rodrigo, couldn't be better. He answered any question I had and was very organized in his work. Everything was done in a very orderly fashion and cleaned up so you couldn't tell he was even there. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone needing any doors or service on their garage doors. I wish every company ran their business as you do.

Tim was very professional and gave us a full explanation of the service needed and related cost vs replacing the door completely. Price was fair and all inclusive. Because of his expertise and patience in dealing with my husband at home and conferencing in me from work, we decided to go with the new door. Although he explained the benefits of each, he did not try to coerce us into spending more than we had to. We would recommend your service to others.

We are very pleased with the service performed when we had to replace our garage door opener. Making the appointment was done rapidly and politely. Lou R was our technician and we can not say enough good things about the work he did. He gave us all the options from repair to replacement of our opener. When we decided to replace the opener, he gave us 3 options and explained each one thoroughly. There was NO pressure from Lou. He just explained, answered our questions and when the decision was made, went immediately to work. The installation was performed quickly and the area was completely spotless when he finished. It was quality from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend your company. In fact, I have already recommended you to my neighbor.

Doing research on the internet, I decided to call Precision. From their first visit to give us an estimate, to the installation of the garage door, the technicians were professional, explained what was needed and would be done for the installation of the garage door. They answered any questions we had and explained the operation. A five star rating from beginning to end.

Tim just came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He was extremely professional, thorough and honest. I have done extensive renovations on my home over the last 10 years and dealt with a lot of different contractors and servicemen. He was by far, the nicest and easiest to work with. Also, Precision's prices were very fair as I had gotten two other estimates. I'm excited for my new garage door installation in a few weeks!

Excellent service. Tim is a very patient technician. I'm disappointed that it was so costly and there was nothing that could be done about the charges but hopefully will be happy with the outcome for a long time.

Very friendly, professional, reliable service.. the garage door is perfect and Brian even added a rope so I can reach it easier! The new order was excellently handled by Louis and there was no sales pressure. A refreshing way to do business with wonderful communication by office staff to make sure I knew who was coming, with the time most convenient for my schedule. I highly recommend this company! Your website is wonderful as well and it's a great idea to have everyone's bio and drug test results online..adds an extra layer of confidence. Thank you for a job well-done,and I look forward to enjoying the security and beauty of my new door!

You had worked on my garage door in 2013 and it was such a pleasure how fast and professional your company did the job then. When one of the springs on the door busted this time--on a Sunday--I contacted you again and you came out on Monday afternoon and, again, you performed the repair to my complete satisfaction. I was provided a detailed explanation, prior to the work, as to my options and the costs involved. I certainly would recommend your company.
