The name of this company, Precision, clearly describes their quality of work. Everything from the appointment process to the job performed was done with impeccable efficiency. One morning, my garage door came off the hinges and would not open and close properly. I called Precision and they were able to send Sean out in just a few hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and immediately assessed the damage and provided a quote. He was all done in about half an hour and the door works fine. Very happy with their service and I will definitely contact them again if the need arises.

I have a garage door that is about 25 years old. The operating system failed and I contacted Precision based on previous work they did on my other garage door. Extremely prompt same day service. David was not only polite and personable, but explained all parts of my original garage door opening system and got to the root of the problem with immediate efficiency. There was no “upsale” to replace what was still functioning and the conclusion to replace what no longer worked, with price point choices, made decisions easy. Work was completed quickly, after which operating instructions were reviewed by David with me, in addition to providing the usual manufacturer’s product manual. The garage was also left in pristine condition with all installation debris removed. What a treat to experience prompt, pleasant and skilled service from David and Precision!

I had used Precision to fix our garage door mechanisms in our previous house in Randolph, so when the lifting cable snapped in our new home I didn’t hesitate to use them again. Ethan gave options of what could be done to fix the problem as well as, at my request, sort out the noisy 2nd garage door. We discussed options and I am happy with the one I went with. Both doors now operate smoothly and the noisy door is now very quiet. Rollers replaced on the noisy door and springs and cables replaced on the other door. Ethan took the time to show me maintenance lube points to keep things moving smoothly. Happy customer.
