Rob was very courteous and professional. I was quoted that the cost for the garage door spring would be $210.00. Rob said the cost was actually $410 or $420. I asked why it was doubled. The person on the phone only quoted price of spring. I had reported when I called yesterday it was the spring and cable. Rob said the spring was twisted and had to be cut. The cable was another price plus the safety mechanism had to be repaired. He worked with me and saved me approximately $25.00 by asking if I was a AAA member and if I would by check. I said yes to both so cost was $386.30.

We were very pleased with the work that Ethan Tsirulik did to get our garage door working on such a cold day. He was very professional and safety conscious. We were also very pleased with the scheduling staff in arranging to have the work done at a time when we had both cars trapped in the garage. We have used Precision the last two times that we needed garage service and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service.

I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix my garage door on a Saturday during the winter, meaning it was an emergency as I didn't want to leave my car outdoors. Their service was outstanding. From the first phone call to the repair service, Precision showed a remarkable customer service. The reason why I am giving four stars, it's because I felt the service was way overpriced. As a comparison, I did a similar service in my previous home garage door 2 years ago and paid less than 1/3 of the price. That other company was not available to do the emergency service for me today.

I'll put it this way, price was right, door was of high quality and exactly what we wanted; installation was quick and fault free; installer was quick and pleasant to converse with and we couldn't be happier. Very professional and met all of our expectations. Fred was exceptionally courteous and he got the door done fast - you should have more of his type as he is super. All done on a 15 degree day.

I had the pleasure of working with John Delpiú from Precision, and he was fantastic! He kept us in the loop and gave us a heads-up about his arrival time. John walked us through various options for a new motor, set it up the same day, and completed the job in under 2 hours. He was friendly, thorough, and made sure we were comfortable with the setup. It was a great experience, and I look forward to working with him again for any future needs!

The name of this company, Precision, clearly describes their quality of work. Everything from the appointment process to the job performed was done with impeccable efficiency. Ethan Tsirulik did a very professional job assisting with our garage opener. We needed to restore service for our homelink for our 2 vehicles and our outdoor wall pad. We reviewed several alternatives, picked what we thought was our best strategy, and got the system back in action. Good listener, very knowledgeable with equipment and technology, and very professional. We would not hesitate to work with Ethan and Precision Overhead Door Service in the future.
