He arrived at the time he said he would be arriving and was done within 1 hour. As always I am happy with the work Precision provided once again!

We had Chris Aveta come out to consult with us on options for new garage door opener and tracks, using either existing garage door or purchasing a new one. Chris was very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough and helped us understand the options we have. We look forward to working with him and the team at Precision to install a new system in the near future. Thanks for the quick response and help.

Past positive experience with Precision led me to call them once again when cable on my garage door snapped. Was very happy with getting a service call within 24 hours. Ryan arrived and did a great job evaluating the problem, explaining the same to me and explaining what he could do to repair the door. Easy to follow and no pressure. Repairs were quick and we are very pleased with the results. Kudos to Ryan for great customer service!!! If we need servicing on our garage doors in the future, we'll be sure to contact Precision. Thanks!!

Excellent experience with Mike G and James N repairing our "phantom" opening and closing door. Called late evening yesterday and spoke to someone to book an appointment live for the next day. Got a window which they were on time for and communicative about when they will arrive. Went through the options to diagnose the problem (needed new wall unit controller and tightening of the springs to reduce load on the motor to prevent bigger issues down the road). Wrapped up the job within 2 hours and answered all questions. Highly recommend the company and these two technicians in particular. Very pleased and feel better knowing the door is safe.

Service and install was very good and all parties I dealt with very very nice and professional. Would have given 5 stars but they did not sweep up after installing the new door - debris on the garage floor and found a large screw in the driveway. Did not want to run over that.

By far, the premier company for Garage doors... each step of the way was seamless... representative appointment was immediate. The detailed evaluation of my needs was impressive... and to top it off, our Showroom consultant, Tammy, was beyond amazing... knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. I have full intention to "spread the word" to friends and colleagues... impeccably run business !!

Precision was in time, technician did a great job rather quickly. Gave them 4 start only because I thought it was a bit pricey. However, they did everything perfectly. Would recommend even though I thought the amount was a bit pricey.

Everything was so simple. I had a quick online chat early in the morning requesting a review of my garage door. At 10am someone arrived, inspected our door and motor. We needed a new motor and new hardware. By 4pm everything was installed and working nicely. The price made sense. It was all so simple!

Your company was recommended by my neighbor. Your receptionist was friendly and accommodating setting up an appointment for me for the following day. I was so happy to speak to a person rather than a recording. Prior to the appointment, I was sent a quick bio and photo on the person coming to work on my garage doors. This is a great introduction and also Your company was well represented by Chris K who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He carefully reviewed my garage door problems and offered options to remedy all issues.
