Great customer experience! From the call to schedule an appointment ( easy and friendly) to the work that was done at my home to address repairs needed, this company was great. We’ve used Precision to service our LiftMaster openers since we built our house 21 years ago and we’ve NEVER been disappointed! When we needed new garage doors, their sales person, Tammy, came out and was totally prepared, extremely knowledgeable and carefully listened to what our needs were. She made three suggestions, gave us accurate quotes on the spot and went out of her way to call another client to take a photo of their installed doors, so we could see how they looked on the inside of the garage. Tammy also met us early on Saturday morning to show us more samples of different manufacturers and an actual door from Fimble, the company we were most interested in. She was so informative and nice! We ended up with the perfect doors for us and we never felt pushed into the sale or upsold. Dealing with Tammy was a pleasure and we would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for a high quality product and great customer service.

You guys were fantastic! Before calling Precision I reached out to another company and had what could only be described as a horrendous experience. The technician repeatedly lied to me and never showed up. To compound the problem, the Company never reached out to me to discuss. Technicians are always, friendly, helpful and good at what they do. One good thing is very often you can get service on the same day you call, which is unusual today. Only negative is they are a little pricey!

Two garage doors serviced/repaired. Called late in the day on Monday. They gave me an appointment for Tuesday between 8 and 12. Ferdinand called at 8:15 and said he’d be here at 8:30. Right on time. Reviewed the worked that needed to be completed. Said it would take about 2 hours and 1 hr and 45 min later done. Ferdinand was fantastic. He took the time to review the work completed in detail. Very friendly, informative and professional.
