Precision Garage Door Service accommodated my schedule with regard to the appointment and were very informative about the process. My assigned technician, Ryan, contacted me before my appointment to keep me posted about his progress at scheduled service appointments prior to mine. He arrived within the promised window of time and listened carefully to my description of the problem. He identified the probable issue after some quick troubleshooting and verified it with some testing. He offered me both a short term and long term solution and was honest about the best way to go. He was prepared, worked diligently and was very knowledgeable. When he was done, he tested everything in my presence to ensure I was satisfied with the finished product. He educated me about how the garage door system should work throughout the visit and made me aware of the things I could be doing to keep things working smoothly. I would highly recommend both Ryan and Precision.

I found Precision Door 4 yrs ago thru an internet search when I needed service. So when I needed service again, I did not hesitate to call them. They have one of the best communication systems with customers that I have ever experienced with a company from the initial phone contact thru to the caliber of personnel. They keep a customer informed of all aspects of the call/appointment. They are the only company that I have ever dealt with who sends you a bio of the technician who will be arriving for service at your home and is a feature that I like because it is another level of security provided to customers. Also, they may make suggestions for current or future service that may be needed but there is no pressure to adhere to their recommendations which is something I greatly appreciate because that does not work well with me. They provide outstanding service and I would highly recommend Precision Door without any hesitation at all. Great company. Ryan was the tech who arrived for my service call today. Ryan was courteous and knowledgeable. All protocols in this time of the pandemic were observed by both of us. Ryan not only took care of my current issue but inspected all of my equipment to make sure everything was in proper working condition. The service from Precision Door is beyond all experiences I have ever had with any contractor. From the person answering the phone to the email with the background and picture of the technician coming to the home and the follow up email with the precise time he will be at the home. You don't get this level of professionalism from most companies. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable and fixed the issue promptly. I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend them!

Garage Torino spring snapped. Called next morning. I Was able to have an appointment that same day at noon. At 1030 received a phone call TK, who was very courteous , and asked if it’s ok to come earlier than the scheduled time. He arrived at the promised time. Explained the the fee. My options. Finished the job quickly and was on his way. Also very good about wearing a mask. Tk was a true professional.

When you are ready to leave the house and your garage door won't open (not even manually) it can become an urgent situation that needs attention ASAP. That was my situation. Exhausting all "friends" options for help, I turned to the internet and found this company. What a gem! From the initial phone call stating my dilemma to the time the service technician showed up it was nothing but high level service. The communication was incredible. Rather than being left wondering when the tech would arrive in the four hour window I was given, I received a call from customer service letting me know where the technician was in his scheduled routes and was provided with an updated ETA. The communication was proactive and made me feel valued. When the technician (Ryan) arrived (on time, I might add!) he was VERY professional and polite which just continued to reinforce that a random selection from the internet was proving to be a very positive decision!
