The technician Kevin Stasiak removed our old genie garage door system and replaced it with a new LiftMaster system. My husband and I found Kevin to be very knowledgeable as he answered all our questions And programmed all the devices needed to operate the door. The removal of the old garage door opener system and the installation of the new system went fast. He cleaned up the area where he worked and when he was totally completed, asked if we had any additional questions that he could help us with. Precision door systems should be proud they have an employee like Kevin.

This was the best encounter I've ever had with a repair technician. He was so kind, thorough, no "hard-sell' tactics. A pleasure to deal with. He deserves an "atta-boy" ! Thank you for sending him. WE love what he did.

Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional from the second I called this morning. I had made an appt online and needed to see if anyone could come earlier that originally scheduled. The representative on the phone was very understanding and accommodating. Gedas arrived early and did a wonderful and thorough job! He took his time evaluating the issue and explained things clearly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was here quite a while making sure everything was right and even did a couple of extra improvements for me in the process. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

You installed 3 complete doors a year ago. 2 of the 3 were stopping midway and closing. We called and you sent Brian B over, who was a great guy, professional and as we watched him work, Brian showed us how to adjust the “eye“ which we may have accidentally moved. Great service. Thank you, Brian!
Hi Debbie! Thanks for leaving a review. Safety eyes are a great safety measure, but can be a little culprit of a malfunctioning door. We look forward to helping with any future garage door needs.
