I was pleased with the product and your (2) installers - Sam and Ryan did a beautiful job replacing my old door and opener. They were quick, very polite and did a great and neat job. I had an excellent experience even though it turned out I cannot be helped today. Kevin came to my house and was on time and gave advance notice. He was polite and professional. He advised me that they could not help me with my problem due to the type of motors I currently have and the space limitations in my garage. When it comes time to replace my system I will definitely be calling Precision first. He also did not charge me for the visit because he could not help and was only here 20 minutes or so. Nice surprise!

John Delpiu was at our house 2 days ago to fix an opener that made grinding noises. The day after he fixed it, the noise returned. I was happy to get him to come back 2 days later. He had to install a new opener which is working very quietly now. I was happy with this quick and courteous service.

Our home was apparently hit by lightning which blew out our garage door opener motors, as well as the sensors and key pads. Precision was on the job first thing the very next morning.
