We were disappointed because Sean came out and the garage door was fixed but he disconnected it to check something and it was not working and he left after he was paid $282. When we called to ask for him to fix the wiring he disconnected, Nicole in the call center stated he would come back early the next morning. We could not take another day off from work and had already paid for the door to be fixed and it was not. Expensive service and not properly performed.

I called Precision in the morning and a few hours later Chris arrived. He was punctual, professional, and easy to talk to. After assessing my doors, he provided recommendations and pricing. Great customer experience! From the call to schedule an appointment ( easy and friendly) to the work that was done at my home to address repairs needed, this company was great. Chris was excellent, he clearly explained what the problem was, gave me options and was extremely friendly and professional. He completed the work within an hour and did a quality job. We’ve used Precision to service our LiftMaster openers since we built our house 21 years ago and we’ve NEVER been disappointed! When we needed new garage doors, their sales person, Tammy, came out and was totally prepared, extremely knowledgeable and carefully listened to what our needs were. She made three suggestions, gave us accurate quotes on the spot and went out of her way to call another client to take a photo of their installed doors, so we could see how they looked on the inside of the garage. Tammy also met us early on Saturday morning to show us more samples of different manufacturers and an actual door from Fimble, the company we were most interested in. She was so informative and nice! We ended up with the perfect doors for us and we never felt pushed into the sale or upsold. Dealing with Tammy was a pleasure and we would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for a high quality product and great customer service.

You guys were fantastic! Before calling Precision I reached out to another company and had what could only be described as a horrendous experience. The technician repeatedly lied to me and never showed up. To compound the problem, the Company never reached out to me to discuss. Technicians are always, friendly, helpful and good at what they do. One good thing is very often you can get service on the same day you call, which is unusual today. Only negative is they are a little pricey!
