Chris was out same day, diagnosed the issue (bad motor) - he was in and out in 30 minutes. As it was still under warranty there was no charge. Started with a google search for a broken spring and have been wow’d at every step since. After consulting with the tech, decided a new opener was best given the age of the existing unit. Fast scheduling, friendly staff when calling, and an awesome tech that did the install. Really could not have asked for better service.
