Two garage doors serviced/repaired. Called late in the day on Monday. They gave me an appointment for Tuesday between 8 and 12. Ferdinand called at 8:15 and said he’d be here at 8:30. Right on time. Reviewed the worked that needed to be completed. Said it would take about 2 hours and 1 hr and 45 min later done. Ferdinand was fantastic. He took the time to review the work completed in detail. Very friendly, informative and professional.

The Precision phone contact person was friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a service call the morning of my request. The service person was very professional, explained the cause of my issue, and discussed my options clearly and concisely. The service was completed immediately and very efficiently. All waste materials were removed and area was left as found. The new equipment functions were completely explained. It was quite obvious that this employee took pride in his work and wanted the customer to be completely satisfied with the job he did. I would highly recommend this company .
