My first experience with Precision was great. they let me know who was coming and when he would be here. Kevin called with an arrival time and arrived at that time. He listened to my explanation of the problem and then examined the door, parts, and the operator. then he fixed the problem.

Called up on Saturday for repair and was initially told the next available appointment was for Tuesday; however, I really appreciate Monica for taking the time to see if someone could do the repairs at the earliest possible time. She was able to get Luigi Fusaro to do the repairs on Sunday and it took Luigi about an hour and our garage door was done and functioning again. Thank you to both of you!

Called Precision to repair garage door they were right on time and performed an excellent and efficient repair replacing the cables, pulleys, rollers and springs the door works better now than when new. Precision is a superb overhead garage door service.

I would give your service 5 stars. When I called, the operator was very polite and helpful. The service technician called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He came on time. He explained what needed to be repaired and the cost. He was very courteous and ask if I had any questions when the job was finished. I would highly recommend to others.

John was great! He came ahead of time and fixed everything. I was not aware that you have hours on Sunday. Next time I would appreciate it if the receptionist informed the customer that you have hours on Sunday with no extra charge. I did ask for a Saturday appointment but none were available. Thank you! We had 2 new garage doors & openers installed by Precision earlier this year. They have performed flawlessly & we've been completely happy with them. When one of the openers had a failure a few days ago, Precision was quick to schedule a repair at our convenience. The service technicians were knowledgeable, polite, friendly, etc., & the repair was completed quickly. This was a no-cost warranty repair, but I won't hesitate to call Precision if/when I need out-of-warranty service in the future.

We called for service for the circuit board replacement. Matt D. was courteous, called & advised when coming. He replaced the circuit board & unfortunately made slight mistake after installed which effected the motor. He explained what happened & he did right by us and replaced the motor at no additional cost to us. Matt wanted to make sure we we were satisfied and happy with the solution. We were pleased and would use Precision again as well as recommend their services.

Today we had the pleasure of meeting our service tech, Luke S., who was courteous from the moment he called to let us know he was en route until he left. (I'll also note that our garage floor was probably cleaner after he left than when he arrived!) He clearly explained, and demonstrated what had happened to our cables and also provided additional detail regarding our spring (that had snapped) and the rollers on the door. Luke even got our door to close flat against the ground - something that hadn't been the case since we moved in. We purchased a package and are very happy to know we will now have a 10-year warranty. We hope we don't have to call again too soon but have confidence in knowing that our problem would be addressed in a timely, professional and friendly manner again. Thanks for a great job, Luke!

One of the springs broke and I wasn't able to open my garage door and it was after 9pm. I went on the internet looking for a reputable company to call, once I read all of the 5 star reviews I knew this was the company I wanted to fix my door. They set up an appt for the next morning. Chris was my tech and he took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and what would be the best option. He was very polite and knowledgeable and when he was done there wasn't a mess left behind! He was awesome and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company.
