Our 3-car garage motors were outdated and needed to be replaced. Brian H. performed the work and did a great job. He communicated his arrival time, replaced all the motors, springs, cables, etc. and gave us new (and quiet!) doors for our home. He explained everything and was neat, tidy and very efficient. We are a military family moving from VA to NJ and have used Precision in both states. We are very happy with their consistent professionalism and courtesy.

Called Precision in the morning for service on my garage door and had an appointment that day at noon. Kevin & Luigi were on-site when promised and explained all the work and options available. Work was completed on-time, professionally and neatly. Well done ! Very happy to recommend.

This is the third time I have called Precision Door for help. A real person (Holly) answered the phone and scheduled me for the following day. I waited less than 24 hours to have a technician come to the house which in this day and age is amazing! My appointment was scheduled for between 12 and 4. Jackson called around 12:10 to let me know he had just arrived at the appointment before mine and that he would call again when he was on his way which he did. I love that their website has bios on their employees so I know who will be arriving at my home. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient.
