I called Precision the morning of the scheduled repair to narrow the 4-hr. window. Chris called back shortly after with his ETA and got here on time, as promised. The battery replacement went quickly, and he lubricated the rails and checked to see that everything was running smoothly. He has a friendly smile and even helped put my smoke detector back in the ceiling after it popped out! Great guy, great service.

John D replaced our old garage door motor with a new one. He also checked all of the cables, rollers and other parts of the garage door opener. John did an excellent job and we were very pleased with his service and personality. He explained in detail the service to be performed and made sure that everything worked properly. Overall we are very satisfied with the service. We have used Precision multiple times for garage door repairs and their service has always been top notch.

Although the outside lock of my 30-year-old garage door broke, the "old Precision product" still worked from the interior of the garage. The technician Joshua M made a thorough inspection of the system's functionality, clearly described alternative solutions for me to consider, and was able to program a remote control device (an item I did not have) so that I could open the garage from the outside. I was very pleased with the prompt, friendly, thorough, professional service Joshua M provided.

I thought your service was great and Tim the technision did a great job with the work and explaining everything. I also had a coupon to take care of the service charge.Although I do not believe a customer should be charged by you for coming out to assess the problem if you get the job. If you come out and the customer says no to you doing the job, then its ok to charge them.

Called up on Saturday for repair and was initially told the next available appointment was for Tuesday; however, I really appreciate Monica for taking the time to see if someone could do the repairs at the earliest possible time. She was able to get Luigi Fusaro to do the repairs on Sunday and it took Luigi about an hour and our garage door was done and functioning again. Thank you to both of you!

We had 2 new garage doors & openers installed by Precision earlier this year. They have performed flawlessly & we've been completely happy with them. When one of the openers had a failure a few days ago, Precision was quick to schedule a repair at our convenience. The service technicians were knowledgeable, polite, friendly, etc., & the repair was completed quickly. This was a no-cost warranty repair, but I won't hesitate to call Precision if/when I need out-of-warranty service in the future.

We called for service for the circuit board replacement. Matt D. was courteous, called & advised when coming. He replaced the circuit board & unfortunately made slight mistake after installed which effected the motor. He explained what happened & he did right by us and replaced the motor at no additional cost to us. Matt wanted to make sure we we were satisfied and happy with the solution. We were pleased and would use Precision again as well as recommend their services.
