Every aspect of the process was wonderful. Easy to schedule an appointment - my details were quickly noted on the call. The email noting the appointment was clear and showed the technician who was to do the work. When assessing the damage, I was told that the parts needed to replace the springs was covered by my previous warranty and the separate issue related to my opener was quoted and explained clearly. I called Precision because my garage door would not close when the weather got very cold. Christopher was excellent, so I am giving him a 5-star rating. However, Chris was the second technician to come to my home. The first technician (Joshua) replaced several parts to my garage door, but the next time there was cold weather, the door still didn't close. I called Precision again and they sent out Christopher, who was able to diagnose and fix the problem--bad sensors. I have very mixed feelings about using Precision in the future or recommending the company to my neighbors because I spent a lot of money with Joshua on parts I didn't need that didn't address the problem I was having.

Called Precision to look at 2 malfunctioning garage doors and was very pleased to receive next day service during a Holiday week. Chris K inspected the doors and provided several options to resolve the issues. We decided on a full overhaul on the mechanicals and upgrades t belt drive openers. Chris had all the materials in his truck and was able to complete the job in a few hours! Clean, professional, and quick ... would highly recommend Precision as the company to call.

I called Precision the morning of the scheduled repair to narrow the 4-hr. window. Chris called back shortly after with his ETA and got here on time, as promised. The battery replacement went quickly, and he lubricated the rails and checked to see that everything was running smoothly. He has a friendly smile and even helped put my smoke detector back in the ceiling after it popped out! Great guy, great service.

John D replaced our old garage door motor with a new one. He also checked all of the cables, rollers and other parts of the garage door opener. John did an excellent job and we were very pleased with his service and personality. He explained in detail the service to be performed and made sure that everything worked properly. Although the outside lock of my 30-year-old garage door broke, the "old Precision product" still worked from the interior of the garage. The technician Joshua M made a thorough inspection of the system's functionality, clearly described alternative solutions for me to consider, and was able to program a remote control device (an item I did not have) so that I could open the garage from the outside. I was very pleased with the prompt, friendly, thorough, professional service Joshua M provided.

I thought your service was great and Tim the technision did a great job with the work and explaining everything. I also had a coupon to take care of the service charge.Although I do not believe a customer should be charged by you for coming out to assess the problem if you get the job. If you come out and the customer says no to you doing the job, then its ok to charge them.
