I must congratulate Precision Door on its quick response to my problem. I first contacted them on a late Monday afternoon and Rob, the technician, was at my house early the next morning to go to work. Rob was not only extremely knowledgeable, but cheerfully answered all my seemingly endless questions. In addition he finished the job in record time! Everything is now working fine. My 40 years of engineering experience put me in a position to evaluate (and appreciate) Rob's expertise.

I chose Precision, looking for the company I used a while back. Turns out it was your company! Eric was knowledgeable and helpful. It would make sense to buy a new door, but we cannot afford it. He put in new springs that included the “safety catch.” It was finished in a timely manner..quite quick, actually. Hoping 5 stars are selected. It is hard to tell.

We called because we had a problem with our garage door remote. Rob came on time and worked very hard trying to synchronize a new remote with the opener; unfortunately our garage door opener was about 50 years old! We ended up getting a whole new garage door opener and are very happy with the results. Rob was very patient when he explained the new system to my wife and me. He was very competent, professional and friendly. We are very happy to recommend you to people we know. Thank you for such great service!

Excellent service. Chris called me at work to let me know he would be at my house in about 15 minutes. I had a flood in my basement and both sensors on bottom of door needed to be replaced. He tested the old ones to make sure they were no good. Replaced them, put new batteries in our remotes and was on his way in about 20 minutes. Thank you!!!
