Technician fixed a broken spring and upgraded hardware on an older 2006 installation. Came back for an adjustment in the motor so that door will stay closed. Chris was very prompt and courteous .

Our technician Charles showed up on time and provided us with great service. He explained to us what needed to be repaired, showed us the worn out parts, gave us an estimate of the repair and then went right to work. He replaced the rollers, pulleys and springs and reprogramed our remotes. Thank you Charles, well done!
