I was in the market for some new garage doors and called Precision. They promptly returned my call and then scheduled an appointment. Technician Tim Rainey called ahead and then showed up on time. Tim took the time to explain all aspects/features of getting a new set of doors, inspected my existing set, pointed out the good and not so good, and made appropriate recommendations. I did not feel pressured to buy right then and there and Tim also did not try to push me into something I didn't want or need. Tim treated my wife with the same respect as he did me, made us both feel comfortable, and answered all of our questions. I have not made a decision yet, but Precision is at the top of my list.

Very happy with their service! Over the years, this is the third time we have needed their service, and each time, they take care of us quickly and right the first time. This time, our oldest garage door opener died, and they came and installed a new one right away. The guys are nice, know what they are doing, and are very efficient. Kevin, the field tech arrived on time. He called to let me know exactly when he would be there and he was. He knew what to do and did it well.
