We would recommend Precision as they provided excellent service. We had an appointment set up quickly. They were very prompt. The gentleman that came to our house was pleasant and very informative, explained everything and our options. We had the springs, wires, rollers, basically all the hardware replaced. Found them in the local coupon mailer. Glad that we choose Precision.

Lou and Matt were very efficient and friendly. They were quick and neat. Unfortunately for me I needed more work than I expected. I had springs, rollers, cables and pulley done. Also forgot to ask if there was a senior discount. However, have only good to say about the workers. 5 stars

Hi - I called you because the company that installed my doors and openers did not respond after multiple attempts. You had sent an advertisement in a marketing envelope so I kept the piece of paper. Tech was fantastic. Gave me a call ahead and was able to offer me an earlier slot due to a cancellation. Very helpful for my schedule. Let me know when he was on his way. I called first thing in the morning about a broken cable and the service was performed the same day (only three hours after I called). I received a call at 8:00 Friday morning from my wife telling me there was a problem with our garage door. Having purchased my doors from Precision, you were my first call. I was informed by the office staff (sorry I do not remember her name but she was very helpful) parts were covered under warranty and a service tech could meet me between 10:00 and 12:00. I asked for a call when tech would be 20 minutes away. Glenn, my tech called me awhile later and told me he would meet me at 10:30, I arrived at 10:40 and a competent and qualified employee had the repairs completed in the timeframe he told it would be. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service and you should be proud of your tech Glenn, he is a true professional. Thank You Glenn and Precision Door. John

Safety sensors stopped working on my opener which was probably 20 years old and no longer made. Recommended new opener which I anticipated. Brian and his trainee Luigi were great, installed a fantastic opener with all the parts for a reasonable price in 45 minutes!

My service today was performed by Kevin S. He did a great job. He showed up at the agreed time, assessed the issue, explained what he was going to do, how much time he needed to do it and then executed what was promised in the time frame shared. My initial call was about the wiring coming off and being somewhat mangled. Based on his assessment and my warranty, Kevin was able to replace both sides/sets of hardware to prolong the life of the equipment and ultimately, the door itself. I paid close to $1500 for the installation a little under 5 years ago. Almost immediately, one of the remotes did not work and I called PD. They informed me that they would charge me for a service call to have someone come out and look at it. I declined and lived without the extra door opener. When Kevin was here today, I shared my experience and he did all he could to get the old one working. When he was unsuccessful, he reached out to the office and explained the situation and they permitted him to provide me with a replacement at no charge. Since my installation was less than 5 years ago, I was not charged a $70 service call fee, all parts were under warranty which saved me $650, and I did not have to pay for the remote control; overall, a very good day with great service!

He then proceeded to complete the work in good time and upon completion showed me all that had been done and performed a functions check with me.
