It was such a pleasure to do business with Precision! They are very fortunate to have such a kind and knowledgeable technician as Rob Zuniga. He reviewed over all the materials and did his best to give quality advice regarding my garage set-up, and needs as far as purchasing new garage door operating systems in addition to new safety equipment such as new springs, safety cables, etc. Currently, it is bitter cold in northern New Jersey, and Rob worked tirelessly through the bitter temps with no issues at all. I can't believe how quite my new door opener is. We thought it was just an old motor, but when they came to install the opener they noticed a number of other real problems, such as broken brackets and seized bearings in the door itself. Cost a little more money that if I had done it myself but they got it done quickly and it works perfectly. Lou was on time, polite and left our garage cleaner than when he showed up.
