Precision had installed my new garage door opener in 2015. They came back in 2017 for spring repair/ replacement. Jackson was my technician. He was great! He was very courteous and professional. He replaced everything in under 30 minutes. Door is working great and best of all was under warranty. All expenses , even service call fee , were covered.

Our technician Charles showed up on time and provided us with great service. He explained to us what needed to be repaired, showed us the worn out parts, gave us an estimate of the repair and then went right to work.
