He informed me of a potential safety issue regarding our door springs not having safety cables, and since I had an incident with a spring breaking while I was near it I chose to have the cables installed. Our 20 year old system worked flawlessly until the unit finally failed. The wall, remote outdoor units work without difficulty. Remotes were never used. The 2 CAR call systems worked fine initially,then worked on and off, stopped working at all, and now works well again. Kevin was patient and polite explaining the difficulty of linking the car call. You have a FINE STAFF!!!! I now have a remote in each car as back up

Precision Door Service and technician Charles did a great job. The chain broke on my 30 year old opener. Charles showed up within 90 minutes of my call, and the new motor and track was installed in another 90 minutes. He assessed the situation, gave me some options, and recommended I replace the motor & track. He also found that the springs were not properly installed. He installed the new motor, track, and corrected the springs so they now assist in pulling/holding the door up. The new motor works great. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Precision Door service and Charles to anyone.

Precision deserves our business. These guys really are on a different level. The tech on this call, Glenn G, was just terrific. Fast, excellent service; fixed the problem with our existing door bracket efficiently and courteously. It really has been a pleasure to do business with Precision and with the techs we've met. On this call, Glenn really went above and beyond, and once again we are really glad we used Precision. I don't know what their hiring and/or training entails, but when it comes to personnel, Precision really does seem to have some kind of business formula we could all learn from. Using them really is an education.
