Our technician George Miranda was truly exceptional. He was the very personification of a customer oriented employee: on-time, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and very friendly and pleasant. In an era of challenging customer service "at the front lines" of any company sending out technicians to personal residences, George was simply a true professional. I run a sales organization, and I want to hire him (kidding). With employees like George, it is easy to see why Precision is the best in the business. we bought garage door openers 2011 since then we had repairs done. Each time they came on time and we were very happy with their work. So the other day they changed the battery's they were making sounds and this time to we are very happy with their work

Chris fixed my door and I can't say enough good things about this young man. He is polite, professional and he knows his stuff. My fix wasn't a typical one but I watched him formulate a plan and put it into action. I was shocked how quickly he completed the job and how great it looked when he was done. Door works great again. The ability to design the doors online was a very nice option in getting a quote from Precision. The Site provides details on the materials and options. The technician, Chris K, who answered all our questions was very knowledgeable, and very friendly and professional. He helped us finalize the order. We are anxious to have final delivery and installation in a week or 2.

Brian was very thorough and explained all of my options and explained his recommendations in terms of repairs to get the door working again. When he was finished, we tested the door and he showed me all of the new parts. He patiently answered all of my questions as well. I don't think it was the cheapest price for the repairs but you get what you pay for I guess. I will use Precision again. Thank you.

WOW - I was blown away by the professionalism and technical expertise of George, the technician who serviced our door. He called about 30 minutes prior to arriving simply to give us the courtesy of knowing when he was arriving (he could not have fixed the door at all and I still would have been impressed with just that aspect of the service). When he arrived at our home he was polite, respectful and carried himself in a self-assured confident manner. He quickly diagnosed the multitude of issues we were experiencing and took the time to give us multiple options to remedy the problem. At NO time did I feel like we were being "sold" or pushed into something we did not need. His recommendations were appropriate, made sense and were all offered with our safety in mind. His work was commensurate with his attitude and professionalism. He did a beautiful job, left the garage neat and clean and most importantly left us feeling like we made the right decision choosing Precision Garage Door. George is truly an asset to your organization. If he is not a lead tech already - he should be. He should also have a leadership role in the organization relative to customer service training. It was be far the most pleasant experience we have had relative to a home repair. Thank you very much. We sincerely hope George is appropriately recognized for the experience he provided us. Precision first caught my eye because they were 24/7. I would give my experience 5 stars to start with because Brian, my technician called me twice to let me know when he would be at my house in case I needed time in out.
