Kevin came to do an inspection & repair. One week later, Erik conducted a follow-up inspection and installed a new garage door opener. Both were friendly and highly professional. The only criticism was that the second tech was not informed about what happened on the first call. Outside of that, highly recommended! Keep up the good work.

The service we received from initial call to the end of our appointment was excellent. The technician, Lou, was prompt and knowledgeable, as well as personable. He took the time to explain to me, as well as my husband via phone, exactly what needed to be done (springs, rollers, cables, pulleys) to return our two garage doors to safe working condition. Our technician, Erik Holder, was the best! He analyzed the problem and put in new openers, which other techs and other companies had not wanted to do. It was a lot of work, as our openers were 50 years old, but he brought us up to date. The price was right. I would recommend this company immediately.
