The service we received from initial call to the end of our appointment was excellent. The technician, Lou, was prompt and knowledgeable, as well as personable. He took the time to explain to me, as well as my husband via phone, exactly what needed to be done (springs, rollers, cables, pulleys) to return our two garage doors to safe working condition. Lou worked efficiently and completed the job in a timely fashion while leaving the area neat and clean. We would use Precison again as well as recommend them to others. B and C, Morristown, NJ

The Salesaman and the installer were great. They handle all work in a professional manner. I checked on them a couple of times. They handled in insalation of ralls, door and springs with saftey cables quickly.

He called to let me know when he expected to be at my home and then again when he was 10 minutes away. He worked quickly and recommended a package that would save me money in the long run and give me a guarantee on the parts.

Our technician, Erik Holder, was the best! He analyzed the problem and put in new openers, which other techs and other companies had not wanted to do. It was a lot of work, as our openers were 50 years old, but he brought us up to date. The price was right. I would recommend this company immediately.
