Very pleasant personality and very courteous. I'm very pleased with his work and installation of the garage door opener. I purchased the Liftmaster Elite Series 8550W after he explained to me the features & benefits of this model. He explained to me how it works. He also checked the cables, tracks, springs that moves the garage door. I'm giving 5*s to George M as well as ????

I really appreciated the receptionist trying to walk me through some steps in case there was an easy solution before a technician was deployed. The technician was very polite, explained what the problem was. He was not pushy but was clear and provided outstanding service. All staff was very pleasant and professional. I initially called because I had put off replacing the openers on my garage doors for too long, and damage was done to one of the doors as a result of all that shaking and rattling. There was definitely some miscommunication initially, as they just replaced the doors and tracks but not the openers. Again, the staff was very professional even with my frustration after this happened, and I have to commend th company for standing behind their work. They came back to install two new openers and now everything works perfectly.

The technician was terrific. He called an hour before he came to tell me he would be there. His work was terrific, and he spent a lot of time with me explaining what he did. He also explained to me that the motor would have to be replaced in the not too distant future. He also explained to me what warning signs to look for when the motor would have to be replaced. All of the moving parts to the door were replaced.
